I'm very happy I ended up going to Toyota of Portland. I was very nervous because this was my first time buying a car by myself, and I was scared because of my negative past experiences with car dealerships. I hadn't planned to even buy a car that day, but they offered me an incredible deal and I got a great APR rate with my credit union through them, so it all worked out! I've never had such a new and reliable used car! I'm very happy with my purchase! Thank you to Gabe and Errol for answering all of my questions and explaining things in a way that helped me make my decision.

Abraham was very nice and informative and the facility was very obliging, in that we were able to come away with everything completed to obtain a Rav4 Prime, a car I didn't know existed two days earlier.

Once again, Broadway Toyota helped me out in a pinch. Yesterday after an appointment, my Highlander Hybrid wouldn't start. After reading the manual and troubling shooting myself, I called Service Department. After deciding that it wasn't a simple fix, I called for a tow truck to have it hauled to BT. Of course while waiting for the tow, I tried once last time and darn car started. I drove over to BT and left it with them to check out. They did a complete checkout quickly and determined batteries were fine and it is a mystery as to why the error occurred. The service manager I spoke with on the phone both times introduced himself and answered all of my questions. And he put notes in the file so when I arrived, the service manager who checked me in had access to that information. My only negative comment is that the service check in/out process is oddly unfriendly... none of the service managers I spoke to in person introduced themselves.

We called in very late in the day, but were able to drive over and leave the car. They gave us a loaner, which we returned the next day. Our vehicle had a dead battery, which we had replaced (along with a 25,000 service. It was all very professional, everything done cheerfully.

I bought the car of my dreams, a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Limited from sales associate, Minh Nguyen. He was absolutely the best! I don't live in Portland, so I had to do all the preliminary steps leading up to my decision by email, text and phone talks with Mr. Nguyen. When I arrived at the dealership, he accommodated my request to minimize my time inside the dealership, so he brought paperwork outside for my signature. The car was sanitized with a full tank of gas, and he preset all of the key features that were important to me. I totally recommend Toyota of Portland if you ask for Minh Nguyen!
