The salesman was prompt with answers to my question. He was transparent, honest, and trustworthy. The price offers for the trade and the new vehicle was fair. I would buy again from this salesman and dealer.

My wife was in the market for a Jeep Patriot. She wanted a 5-speed manual (yes, an actual clutch) 4x4 in Beige. We visited at least 5 other dealerships before being contacted by Ourisman, but each one offered to sell us something that was close, but not what she wanted. Only a few went outside of their dealership inventory to find what she wanted, and none came back with good matches. That changed when we were contacted by Mitch Stainback. He was very attentive to my wife's requirements and was very familiar with the systems needed to find an exact match. Within hours he found her car in West Virginia, with all the requirements she was looking for. He had it shipped in within two days and made sure everything was good-to-go upon purchase. It was very easy working with Ourisman and with Mitch. Very low-key, very pleasant experience.

Mitch was very helpful and patient as my husband and I had thousands of questions about Chrysler and the dealership. This was our first time buying a Chrysler and a mini van. We were able to get a good trade value of our old car, and when we finally decided to go with the sale, Mitch had all the paperwork ready, the van ready, and it felt our time was valued and respected. We chose Ourisman because of the number of Pacifica's to chose from, but we were glad to have the service and expertise of Mitch to guide us to the perfect van for us.

We decided on a replacement for the tried and true 06 Impala, a Challenger. We waited a few years for the shaker option. to be available. Not sure if the internet is a blessing or curse, many options for both the cars and dealers. After narrowing down our options and dealers within 'reasonable' commuting distance I started working with Dan Ipes/Ourisman. We came to a mutual agreement on the price of the car after a few iterations. Then moved into the funding work, they worked with us to ensure the best means for our scenario to fund the car. Dan picked us up at the airport and worked with us to 'learn' all the electronic features of these new cars. And at my 'odd' request we had the car put on the lift to inspect underneath, yes it is a new car but that is what I wanted (I have been burned prior by not doing this inspection). Being an 'old gear head', this is the car! We love it and the purchasing process was quite painless and I'm not a person that looks forward to these types of transactions with 'salesmen'. dsw

I started shopping around for a new vehicle after I purchased a sedan which was to small and could not accommodate my needs. My search lead me to Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Clarksville and I have to say I am fairly pleased with the staff and my overall experience. Going from a small used sales lot to the nice lot they have in Clarksville was a step in the right direction and the salesman really helped me out in determining which car would be the best fit for me.

This is my 2nd purchase in 2 years because of Mitch's great customer service, responsiveness and no BS competitive pricing. There are plenty of jeep dealers in NJ but they cannot beat the value I've received from Ourisman. The Amtrak ride down to Maryland to pick up new jeeps is relaxin; that is when Amtrak is on time. Mitch had me on my way back to Jersey in under 2 hrs. I'm sure I'll be back.
