Great experience

They helped me find exactly what was right for me. Great coffee machine too. Very nice people. Great customer service for how long we were there too.

I can't believe it

These guys left my family and I out in the cold. Literally ended up walking down 122nd and having to find a ride home. Don't tell people they are approved until they're ACTUALLY approved. I think this might have spoiled my liking for Nissan completely!! You left my family in an unsafe environment and completely caught my wife and I off guard!!! After reading some of the other one star reviews I feel better about not having the other $1,000 down.

Hi James, We are very disappointed about not being able to secure a finance package for you. We only sell vehicles and are sometimes at the mercy of the lenders. Lenders will give us preapprovals based on the information provided. If the stipulations they set forth do not match the minimum requirements, they have the discretion of not providing final approval. Please know it is only our intention to sell you a car and provide an amazing experience. We are sincerely sorry the lender could not provide final approval for you. Beware bait and switch

Beware of the ads for Certified Pre Owned cars from this dealer. We drove across town to see an advertised Certified Pre Owned Nissan Versa. After searching the lot with a Sales representative we found the car in the back corner of the dealership. The car, judging from the thick layer of dirt on the car, clearly had been sitting there for sometime. After some checking, the sales representative said the engine needed to be replace in the car and would not be for sale. So much for this dealer's Certified Pre Owned cars. But it gets worse, The sales rep informed us they had another Certified Pre Owned car at a similar price. So we went to view that car. While viewing the car I asked for the exact price of the car. The sales rep did the typical slimy sales routine of not answering a direct question, instead giving the previous answer that the car was priced similar to the advertised car, that is the car with the bad engine. Instead he wanted us to go for a test drive then come inside "to discuss numbers". At this point I was irritated that I could not get a direct answer on the price and insisted on knowing the exact price. The sales rep insisted on first getting the CarFax which would show the price (as far as I know CarFax does not include the price). After making us wait for sometime on the lot (another slimy sales tactic) he finally returned with the CarFax and handwritten on it was a price almost $5,000 more than the advertised price of the previous car. What slimy sales tactics. I will not be returning to this dealer, ever.

It was great!

It was great! Victoria was super helpful and made the experience enjoyable, I'm sure she'll be a lawyer by the time I buy my next truck but I will definitely return and work with someone else.
