After spending most of the day driving around from dealership to dealership, my husband and I successfully purchased a Ford Explorer from Sheehy Ford. We started at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday and went to 3 dealerships before going to Sheehy Ford at 6:00 p.m. that night. We literally left Sheehy Ford at 9:10 p.m. in our Ford Explorer. I was so over buying a car that my husband thought I was being rude when I said we want this, this and this and if you can't do it tell me now because no sense wasting your time. However, when Patrick walked over to us he was a breath of fresh air. Just calm and easy going and completely understanding of the day we were having. He instantly got us in an Explorer and I yelled I need coffee. He said he had all the time in the world and was fine if we made a coffee stop at Starbucks. We came back to the dealership and realized that we loved the Explorer, but needed some additional options. Patrick got to work on finding us a car that was within the budget we had set and had everything we wanted. However, it was at another dealership about 45 minutes away. Although Patrick should have been going home, he literally drove out to another dealership and brought back the Explorer while we grabbed a quick dinner. The finance department worked to close the deal and we returned to dealership to wait for Patrick to test our new car. The finance guy even waited for me to call my cousin (who is in car financing) to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. I can't say enough great things about the customer service at Sheehy Ford and more specifically about Patrick our Salesman. He may look young, but he knows his stuff. I never give an overall 5 Star rating because I believe there is always room for improvement, and gives us all something to work towards, but I will give Patrick ****** stars and yes that is 6 stars. He did an amazing job from start to finish and we would refer friends to him and go back to him for our next car.

I was going to look at the same car at another dealership to weigh my options however Pat McGartland completely changed that in the most positive way possible. He worked with me every step of the way even after the buying process to make sure I was satisfied. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again Pat.

I went to three different Ford dealers for a new explorer model before I went to Sheehy Ford at Springfield. Hands down I had the best experience here because of Maxxx. He was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to address all the issues. He was able to get me best price on the car and also on my trade-in. He even moved the stuffs in my old car to the new car. I strongly recommend Maxxx Manu for the best car buying experience at the Sheehy Ford.

I bought a vehicle at another Sheehy close by and was having a terrible time communicating and getting service done on the vehicle I had just purchased. After many days of frustration I was able to hear and speak with Aimee, she was excellent. She was caring, helpful, and absolutely saved the day and helped me with everything. This is my 3rd time buying a car from Sheehy Ford of Springfield. I met with Patrick who was the perfect person to understand my car buying needs. He didn't pressure me into anything else other than the car I wanted. I gave him a pre-approval offer, he took it back to his manager, 10 minutes later I signing the paperwork. I gave Sheehy 5 stars in the past because I did not think it could get any better. How wrong was I. The finance manager was great and I signed everything electronically on a fancy touch screen. I was given my documents on a flash drive eliminating that old school copy paper. In and out car buying experience. Ask for Patrick when you come in to buy a car.

Overall great experience, got a certified pre-owned ford edge. There was a delay in my being able to take delivery. I was a little disappointed in that. There were a few things they needed to sort out. But, I agreed that it was better to get everything sorted out to begin with. Don't want to have to bring it back next week. Still give them 5 stars.

I started the process with James Mc Gartland, who helped me through the difficult decision about which type of Ford car to choose. I choose an Espace. Next day I came back and Patrick Mc Gartland helped me to buy the best Escape. Both brothers have been very helpful and kind.
