It was a good experience The transport service delivered my new car In perfect condition. Their follow up was unusually good as well. All of the paperwork was FedExed to me overnite. Let's face it. Buying from family run Auto delaerships that don't carry the comforting badge of some Mammoth car maker is a bit less reassuring for most. I have to sat Select Auto Imports decimates that with their honest friendly and sincere staff, led by Mr Robert, who really is a wonderful sincere man. That mindset transcends into his team of Salesmen that were all knowledge, all patience, all respectful of decision space, if I may call it. I have seen a total of three cars, and have bought none of them only for reasons that have to do with accessory preferences, and not once were they pushy or trying to supply overly positive reassurances of the car. Murad and Omid patiently showed me around their cars, and answered all my questions. Their Finance person smoothly calculated for me the expected costs without hassling me to get a hard inquiry, and smoothly gave me what I needed to know financially without any complications, which I must say was never the case anywhere else. They all do one thing, reassure you that their goal is to build a relationship with you for the long run. Every car I have seen was very clean and if the right car comes, I will definitely be happy to make a deal with this team of good professional people.
