Had a positive experience here. Found a truck that fit my needs online, contacted Carr about it and all the way through they were honest and answered my questions, and they worked with me on price. They push the warranty kind of hard, but the buying experience was a positive one.

I was skeptical to work with Carr again because of a terrible experience back in 2012, but I am so glad I gave them a second chance. Both Chuck and Kevin were so helpful and attentive, it was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Denny was also amazing, explaining all the aspects on the finance side in a way that was easy to follow but also didn't feel like he was pushing me to buy. This purchase was completely unplanned and these three gentlemen helped turn an insanely stressful day around. Would 100% recommend Carr Chevy to friends ans family.

We had a most pleasant experience in dealing with (and ultimately buying a car from) Carr Chevrolet. The Company’s employees exude positive team work as demonstrated by their positive and seamless care of their customers. We were welcomed warmly and never pressured to buy. We did purchase a car, and upon completion of “the deal”, Nick patiently went through the workings of the car, and informed us of options, e. g., the STARS program, again, informing but never pressuring us to purchase. We were cordially invited to call at any time with questions, We were impressed that the continued care of us was as important, seemingly, as “closing the deal”.

The whole staff was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish we felt they heard us understood what we were looking for in the budget we had to work with. We love our car and are happy that we chose them!

Overall, the whole process was made easy thanks to the help of all the employees at Carr Chevrolet. Justin, our salesman was awesome again! We told him what we were looking for and was able to fit us with a truck perfect for us!

The dealership was clean and vehicles were displayed nicely. My sales consultant, Justin Fletcher, was excellent. He was quick to build rapport and was able to answer all of my questions. He was also helpful in coming to a final agreement with the finance department. I definitely recommend checking out CARR Chevrolet, they take good care of their customers!

I was in interested in purchasing a 2018 Chevy Equinox in January of 2019. Weston was very helpful, showing me two similar models, and explained the differences between the two. After I chose one, I was taken on a test drive and shown more of the available options in order to make my decision. I would like to change my Limited Lifetime Warranty to a Certified warranty. Jesus Martinez was the person who helped us get a new car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I liked the way he always used my name when he was explaining things about the car. It was a pleasant experience. Also John Reuter was very friendly and helpful. I would tell my friends where to go cause this was an awesome place.
