Very dishonest sales tactics, ripped me off with a maintenance plan that was worthless. Beware of this dealerships practice. Management is non responsive- do not buy here..

I like the way this dealer does business. Chris Souza was our sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took time to explain many things about the operation of the car. Chris was also knowledgeable about the paperwork. He was the one that helped us from start to finish. He treated us with respect and no high pressure. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a Toyota and ask for Chris Souza. You won’t be disappointed.

I started my hunt for our Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum Max about a month ago with the manager Milo here. I’ve worked with him on my vehicle purchases over the years and put in a tall order with this for how few are available in this configuration. Fortunately, one became available last night and he quickly let me know about it. My wife and I got into the dealership near closing and had the pleasure of working with Alexander (Alex) Burgess as our salesman to work us through the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and the options it had, as well as how to use and activate them all. The vehicle was for my wife and even though we were keeping them at work past closing, he took the time to go over everything with her and make sure she left the dealership feeling comfortable and safe in her new SUV. Which is huge because she’s pregnant with our first child. Relatable because he’s a father to be as well. We were in and out in no time with a clean car, full tank of gas and a great deal on a new car with extended warranty. Which I highly recommend buying with your car because these days, if you plan on keeping it past the basic coverage can be expensive to fix with the hybrid and turbo components. It’s safe to say we will continue to be doing business with them for all of our Toyota needs. If you’re looking at these reviews trying to figure out if this is the place to go or the person to work with, know they will listen to what you want and go out of their way to find it. We can’t recommend them enough.
