Jerico Asing helped us at Honolulu location. He was great! Listened to us and tried to negotiate to get us at the payment we were ok with.

"Buyer Beware" In my opinion, this dealership is doing

"Buyer Beware" In my opinion, this dealership is doing deceptive acts against buyers. I bought a brand new truck. The so called "Cutter Price" is false advertisement. They also have a weird forced add-on insurance. They claim to have sprayed something on the auto, to protect it (Truck has scratches all over it) I shipped it to the big island, unseen. They claim that the spray is an install for $1995, charged me $2295. They have another add-on of VTR theft insurance $195. They call this an install as well. This stuff is ridiculous. Don't let these people scam you too. My advice, Get your auto somewhere else. There is no telling what else they are doing to place more cost on their customers. Also, either most of these positive reviews are fake or people are so dumb that they don't realize that they're being scammed out of thousands of dollars. IDK

! Cutter EV tech INCOMPETENCE

! CHEVY VOLT INCOMPETENCE ! - Cutter's Volt EV tech said there was no way to repair my 2012 Volt but to replace the entire battery for $10K since he couldn't start it or clear the error codes. (A few days before it had the RPP message switching from electric to gas power and next day no start and no propulsion so I had it towed to Cutter, but their EV techs are useless.) Towed it the next day to Voltek EV & Hybrid in Honolulu, and they reprogrammed the codes and fixed it in 24 hrs. Runs great. Can you believe I was on the verge of junking it?

Avoid like the plague obscene service prices

Horrible customer service, refusal to answer the phone for over a week when trying to make an appointment for an oil change and TPMS sensor check, never returning a call no matter how many messages left, and when service is actually done it is with severe price gouging and a horrendous attitude in super slow motion. The total bill was $328.57. I asked my wife to simply get a quote to re-pair or replace the faulty TPMS sensor on the rear passenger side tire which e told them was bad at the beginning and was charged $175 for nothing more than a simply ludicrously obscene quote, which should be free, and no actual work performed. You should be ashamed and embarrassed!
