Quick, did the basic vehicle check, restrooms open, friendly - I didn’t have to pay as I have a lifetime oil change deal.

This last service was done in a timely manner, everyone was practicing safety precautions and the staff was very friendly. Thank you!

Quick service, but looks like the 24pt wasn't fully done. My tires came in with all different PSIs and someone wrote it was fixed to the specified number... it's still the same.

Show room is clean and nice! Melissa is super helpful, she’s there for you 24/7, easy going personality, not pushy like some of the salesperson which I can’t stand!!! Thumbs up!!

I enjoy that when I come in for Services Heui and some of the other staff know me from the many years that I have owned Honda's here on Maui...

They could have done a better job on detailing my car. Inside my vehicle.. there were white casts.. it was not done cleanly..

The staff were polite. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who checked me in and out but he was also very kind when I told him about my hearing loss and forgetting my phone. When the car was finished, he came to the waiting room to talk with me and check me out. Today was great as the wait for the car was not 2 hours but about 45 minutes. The waiting are very clean and well stocked.

It was all around pleasant experience, nice atmosphere, accommodating, great wi-fi, no complaints , nice staff, love the complimentary car wash and the snack vending machine.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and got the job done very fast. Facility was also very clean. Thank you !
