Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Pearl City

I was shopping for a cargo van like thr Promaster City but one with a second set of seats. The sales person was great but did not know about thr Promaster. The sales manager Nathan Emmans assured me SEVERAL times tha it can be done and he would get me the information on Monday. Well six days later he e-mails me saying he can not get involved due to liability issues. Well, he got involved when he stepped in and said he will get me the information AFTER the sale was complete. Just goes to show that this dealership will say anything to make the sale.

PHENOMINAL experience. Words can't compare to the 'aloha' I felt from the Cutter crew at pearl city. Baylee Massey our sales rep was so reassuring that they would do everything in their power to get me the car I wanted for the price I could afford and that's exactly what they did. She was amazingly sweet and worked her hardest to get us the exact car we wanted. I feel as though we really connected. She was incredibly helpful in the most ways possible. I can't thank her and Nate E (sales manager) enough for their hard work in getting my husband and I our a car that we LOVE. It still feels so unreal to have the car I've always hoped for. Everyone at their location was beyond helpful, sweet and caring throughout our experience. I'm truly so happy with the outcome and look forward to seeing them for future servicing on the vehicle- such as utilizing the two free oil changes we got as well! ;) Mahalo Cutter crew!!!! I really appreciate the work from the salesman all the way to the financial managers. They helped me as soon as I pulled in (some people don't like this, but I hate walking around a lot for an hour before someone decides to see if I need anything). Tom "TC" Crockett was the man, from start to finish. He actively listened to what I wanted, what I was interested in seeing, and arguably most important, my price range. Not one time was I forced to look at anything outside of my price range, or pressured into looking at higher trim levels that I couldn't afford. Honestly, I would come here again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

I want to thank Brenda at cutter for great customer service I dropped off my car as stand by and was told it could take about a week or so before they could look at my vehicle but I got a call the very same day and my vehicle was ready for pick up. 2 days ago I bought a 2016 wrangler unlimited jeep. I went in after a brief phone call explaining my expectations of car buying. I am not a shopper, I want a very quick in and out experience. My first meeting didn't go so well, I explained again my expectations. Long story short they met all of my expectations and beyond. They have earned a lifetime customer.
