I was in dire need of a new car since my 1995 Honda Civic had run its course. I checked the Tony Honda website on Monday and requested an Internet price quote for a 2012 Honda Civic Sedan. Instead, I received a quote for the 2013 model that evening. I was later informed that the dealership was out of the 2012 model. By Wednesday, I had scheduled a test drive with Mike DeMello, who was very friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had with the 2013 Honda Civic LX. I was pleased with the basic features that the model provided and was satisfied with the price quote. The financing was also easy and convenient. All I needed to do was put my signature next to the "X". By Thursday (today), I was driving home with my new car. The only complaint I have is now I'm more cautious and nervous when other cars are near my new Honda Civic.

Great Experience
This was my second time going to Tony Honda, and both times I met up with Woody. He is an exceptional sales consultant that takes all your needs and wants into consideration when looking for cars. Overall, I am satisfied with my final purchase/lease of the 2013 Accord, and I really appreciated his patientce and cooperation with me switching from one car to another. I would most definately reccomend anyone to see Woody, if interested in Hondas.

Honest service department
Tony Honda has always treated me and my car with respect, even if my car wasn't purchased there. The fact that I didn't give them my sales-business is a big regret for me. Tony Honda and their employees are very highly competent, friendly technicians, far superior to my experiences at Pfleuger in town. Every time I bring my car in, they take a good honest look at whatever issues I may be having, and are very patient with explaining thoroughly. I have a decent mechanical knowledge, but to people who don't know what is going on, I can see them being very helpful. Tony Honda has been very honest to me, and honesty is a virtue that most car dealerships are notorious for lacking. I certainly hope that they keep up the great work, and recommend bringing your Honda in for servicing here.

Friendly, Helpful, Awsome Customer Service!!!
Every one was so helpful and friendly. They went out of there way to be as informative as possible on any questions I had. Gary even ended up giving me 12 free car washes to sweeten my already awsome deal We ended up with a flat in their lot and Gary offered to fix the tire for us. That was definately above and beyond the call of duty!!! Sue and Ron made us feel like part of their family as soon as we walked in. Ron remember every detail of our last visit several months ago and what we were looking for back then. We were just looking back then and there was no pressure but just helpfulness back then also. That is what made us want to come back when we were ready to by our car. Definately told all my friends about the positive experience I had at ths dealership!

We have been Tony Honda customers since 1995 when Tony Honda was located at the old Primo Brewery in Pearlridge. This is the worst dealer I dealt with. Sales Rep and finance manager said they were gonna call and no one called. They even kept on trying to get me a loan even after the car sold. I would advise to stay away from this company. They treats honest customers like me very poorly.

Amazing Experience at Tony Honda
Tony Honda was recommended to me by a friend and I was more than pleased with their recommendation. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in helping us find the best deal (not just getting a big profit for themselves!). The general manager, Danny Asau was particularly kind and personable. He was incredibly helpful in so many ways (helping us swicth insurance to full coverage, get the best financial plan, etc.). Although he was the one we dealt with most, everyone else we came into contact with were also friendly and nice. They made buying a car fun rather than a hassle!
