Had an amazing experience purchasing our new car from Niello BMW Sacramento. Dalton was fantastic, knowledgeable, highly professional, and genuinely great to work with. My purchase at this dealership was very pleasant.

My purchase at this dealership was very pleasant. My sales assistant, Creed Cate, reached out to me after my online inquiry and the buying process began at that point. He was very professional and easy to work with. There was no pressure to add items to the purchase. I am enjoying my new BMW X3 and have scheduled a session at the dealership to learn more about the many tech features of the car.

Was able to make my purchase online and save myself the trip to Sacramento! Fast and easy, Fatima was a pleasure to work with, financing was great, value for my trade was more than fair and I got the car of my dreams!! They even drove it to my house and picked up my trade the next day!

Never, have I had a finer experience, then, when buying

Never, have I had a finer experience, then, when buying our Mini Convertible S, at your very fine dealership! Ryan Cox was most friendly and very helpful, not only during our purchase, but then helping me, April 4, sorting thru the many, many features of the new automobile.. I miss a garage door and gate opener, and dislike, the slight hesitation when moving after a stop, or accelerating. However, the acceleration exceeds any of the 52 cars I have owned or leased! Followed Billy over from Roseville BMW, not many people

Followed Billy over from Roseville BMW, not many people are transparent in the auto industry but Billy was through the whole lease process, he even went above and beyond for us when BMW of Roseville wouldn't regarding a service and recall issue, he earned a customer for life. Have always heard great things about the Niello company and their amazing BMW service department. Truly looking forward to experiencing a full white glove full sales/service experience in the greater Sacramento area.

Terrible experience, from financing to car delivery.

Terrible experience, from financing to car delivery. The finance person -Marty was the worse. He was obviously annoyed that I wasn’t buying all the extras and rushed me through the process. He was so unprofessional, I should have walked out! After I took possession of the car, it was dirty, gas-less and it was late at night. I had to wait for the sales person to get the gas card and go full up the tank! The experience couldn’t get any worse. I called the dealer after a few days because I didn’t know how to work my car and I was feeling put off by the whole situation. I was told by Curtis that my trade in was a “bad deal” and if I wanted my trade in back that I could have it back because they weren’t going to make any money off the trade in. Then, if this wasn’t enough, the finance department never paid off my trade in. I had my lender call me and a late fee was applied to my account because the ball was dropped. I truly regret giving this dealer my business. I will not be retuning.
