very good

I am not much with words, but it was confusing but they explained it very well. I went in for Toyota care maintenance, but they repaired a recall problem.

customer service was superb and showed a great deal of respect for my concerns about my vehicle service policy. and worked hard in resolving the problem.

Good service

Because in the past never have a service that fast if they continue doing a good and fast service is possible that your business will improve because no body like to set and wait for long time for service can be done in reasonable time.

10k RaV 4 check

Staffs were very professional and courteous. They were also friendly. The bathroom were very clean and there’s also a convinient snack bar. Work done on time as what they promised.

Excellent

I received excellent advice and beyond service from Jason in the service dept. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional answering all my questions, and taking care of the nail discovered in one of my tires. I am extremely satisfied.

Service and front brake replacement

They were able to schedule me convenient to my schedule for service and front brake replacement on my Tundra. Estimated to be take 2 -3 hours. It did take 5 hours (over the lunch hour) as understand there was a backlog at the turning lathe for the rotor work. I had the time, but a little rushed to pickup granddaughter at school. That doesn't stop me from returning to Maita as generally there time estimate is right on time.

Purchase of new car

Anthony was very patient and courteous while my daughter and I were trying to decide whirther to purchase a Corolla SE or a Camry XLE. We were allowed to test drive the cas and was even taken to the other lot to see if there was another color Camry XLE.

Amazing customer service and staff. Very clean and up to date products. Conveniently located in Sacramento close to all major businesses. Will definitely come back.

I wanted to make service check according to the schedule.

I came for a service check according to what was coming to the screen of the car( maintenance. one said it takes 2 hours do you want to wait or coming next time, I went to the next table he did it less than half an hour normally and finished. thanks for what is done by Mita Toyota. but didn't understand abo.ut the first guy ( he was busy with his friend and was laughing ).
