Alex was the sales consultant helping us. He allowed us to look as we requested. When we were ready, he helped us with test drive of multiple vehicles. Answered all questions and discussed prices, incentives, trade-in, and financing. We are happy with the service provided by Alex and Auffenberg.

Quenten was so great to work with! Won’t use anyone else! He was honest and just good people. He went above and beyond to help us. We had three kids with us and he tried to do everything he could to make the process enjoyable for us and them. Thank you so much Quenten!

Phillip was a great salesman. Not too pushy. But very...

Phillip was a great salesman. Not too pushy. But very informative My issues are with the finance department and follow up with the "free car wash and gas fill up." 1) The man who helped us in finance literally lied about the extended warranty price - feel free to view your "footage" to verify what I'm saying is true. 2) He also took $100 cash at the signing - stating this gave us a "cheaper" deal. It didn't affect the deal at all - another lie. 3)When I called to complain/ask questions about the possibility of removing the extended warranty from our loan I NEVER received a return phone call from finance. (Phillip called me and texted to see if I had heard from them, saying he let them know several times) 4) When I drove 1.5 hours to get my free tank of gas and car wash (after making sure the time I would be there would be ok and being told it would take no longer than 30 min) I went through 4 different employees trying to make me "find" my email with the survey they sent - I never got an email (due to the wrong email being in the system - and I NEVER gave them that email) And, I wasn't told I'd have to fill out a survey. At no time (even after I requested) did any employee offer to simply take my email address and resend it?! I felt like I was being "blamed" for not having gotten this email. Again, Phillip was great - but I have nothing else good to say about this transaction.

The whole team at CDJR worked together to get me into a...

The whole team at CDJR worked together to get me into a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport and it was an awesome experience! I was in a difficult situation with my last car with the negative equity with it. Katye, Brenden, and the Sales manager Ali Kitchell helped me make this an easy and smooth experience. I love my new Jeep and my 4yo baby brother already named it “Rocky”. He says “it’s awesome, grey, and he loves it!” Well said!
