I recently needed to purchase or lease a vehicle as my car was deemed a total loss from my insurance company as a result of an accident. I checked on Costco’s website and they referred me to this dealership in Naperville! I was immediately contacted via phone call and text. I went into the dealership and was greeted by Ayman who assessed me in finding the right car for me. We test drove the Blazer and the Trax. He was so helpful in explaining my options and making sure that I got what I needed and most of what I wanted! The price was right and the process was smooth! I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. One of the advantages of this dealership is they treat people like people instead of a number or quota to meet. When we went in for the finance part, that was so easy! Premo was able to get my plates transferred from my wrecked vehicle to my new one. He provided me with all the paperwork I needed to have copies of. It was such a pleasant experience!!

I gave Kaylee 5 stars because she provided an excellent customer service all around. She was friendly, easy to talk with, and very knowledgeable on the car. For anything she wasn’t 100% sure on, she’d double check with her manager to make sure it was correct. She definitely is very passionate about providing a good customer experience and I recommend her to anyone looking for a new car!

I had a great experience purchasing my new Impala at Chevrolet Of Naperville. Ayman Shinaishin was attentive but not over bearing. Ellie, Ayman, Rob and Carlos all made it a very pleasant purchase. From test driving thru purchasing our new car Ian was very helpful & easy to work with. He answered all our questions(which we had a lot of). He provided us with test drives and we were extremely impressed by the way he kept us up to date on our vehicle from ordering, thru the entire build process, letting us know the day it was built to the morning they loaded it for shipment and the afternoon when it arrived! The actual deal was easy and we arrived at our numbers without any drama, no stress. At the time of picking up our vehicle they showed us an array of extended warranties and optional products, but did not push or apply any pressure to purchase them. I appreciate that because it allows me to have a better relationship, feeling i"m not being pressured to purchase options I haven't checked out and thought thru. Ian went way beyond expectations of what I have normally experienced buying a new vehicle. This was a fun purchase and I look forward to doing future business with Chevrolet of Naperville.
