I recently purchased a 2025 QX60 from Gregory Infinity

I recently purchased a 2025 QX60 from Gregory Infinity that my wife discovered a scratch/dent on during the signing process. It seemed to be very serious to me,but the Gregory Infinity sales manager, and my terrific salesperson Cassandra reassured me that it would be taken care of free of charge. Well I brought my car in for the repair while I was on vacation, and when I returned my vehicle was repaired 100% to my satisfaction and Gregory Infinity stuck to their word that the repair would be free of charge. I would highly recommend to everyone that purchasing a new vehicle from Gregory Infinity is a very smart move, and one that you will not regret.!

I decided to take my car to Gregory Infiniti for an oil

I decided to take my car to Gregory Infiniti for an oil change and scheduled service, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The welcome I received from my Infiniti representative, Betsy, was outstanding. This time, my car was well taken care of, much better than my experience at the Niles location. There were no new scratches or missing air caps from my tires. Overall, the service was impeccable, leaving me very satisfied. I think I’ve found the perfect dealership and service center for my car. It’s been a pleasure doing business with Gregory Infiniti, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Betsy!

Gregory Infiniti is a prime example of a business that

Gregory Infiniti is a prime example of a business that doesn't respect its customers. Last year I had an appointment to test drive a BMW X2. I don't live in Libertyville, but it was worth the 25-30 minute drive. When I got there I went into one of the offices and sat down with the salesman who told me the car was gone. This was after I had an appointment--not a random walk in. No courtesy call to say the car sold, or talk with me about what else might fit what I was looking for before I made the trip. Instead I took time off work and drove in for nothing. Fast forward to August 2025. I called about a BMW X5 on the website. My wife and I have been interested and this one looked like it might be the perfect one to buy. Again I talked to a salesman on the phone because I didn't want a repeat of the last experience. In fact, I explicitly told him I had been jerked around the last time and didn't appreciate how I was treated. He assured me that was not the way they liked to treat customers. He informed me this car had not been delivered yet, and that he would contact me as soon as they had it on the lot so I could come see it. I left my name and contact info and waited a week. No contact. I decided I should just go ahead and follow up myself and--surprise, surprise--the car was gone. He said it came in on his day off the previous week and sold the same day. I don't know how long he was planning to wait before contacting me--my guess is never. I get that dealers exist to sell cars and they aren't going to hold onto something to wait for me, but if I make an appointment or am assured I will be contacted I expect them to follow through. The least they could do is inform me instead of wasting my time and demonstrating that they don't think I'm worth the smallest bit of effort. Would I ever trust anything I hear from someone at a Gregory dealer? Absolutely not. Would I ever want to do business with them in any capacity? Absolutely not. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Save yourself the headache and go to a dealer with some integrity.

We had a great experience working with Michael. The entire process, test drive to paperwork, was easy. We never felt pressured, and we got all our questions answered. We also feel good about our car choice knowing it went through a 150-pt inspection by the dealership.

Walked in to ask a question about canceling a warranty

Walked in to ask a question about canceling a warranty and while talking to a sales representative that goes by the name of Nelo, he seem upset, and when he handed me the paper, he walked away without saying anything with attitude very unprofessional
