We came to cactus jacks looking for a used car and was greeted by Pete the salesman. He showed us around, took time to answer all of our questions and when we picked out a car he continued with the great service. He made the buying part fast and easy. We would definetly come back.

My experience today was great. I found just the right vehicle for me with the help of one of the representatives. Really helpful and sweet. Great customer service. I would really recommend this place to anyone that want's to buy a car. A lot of great deals.

I AM NEW TO THE PHOENIX AREA AND I CAME INTO CACTUS JACK'S IN HOPES OF PURCHASING A NEW CAR. I MUST SAY WHEN I WALKED INTO THE LOCATION I WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR WITH A WARM WELCOME! I MUST SAY THAT WAS VERY REFRESHING AFTER BEING TURNED AWAY FROM OTHERS DUE LACK OF DOWN PAYMENT! I WOULD RECOMMEND CATUS JACK'S (SURPRISE) LOCATION TO ANYONE IN NEED OF A FRIENDLY PURCHASING EXPERIENCE. THE SALES MANAGER AND SALESMAN WERE BOTH EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME. THEY EVEN OFFERED ME A RIDE TO COME IN TO GET MY NEW CAR. I PERSONALLY FEEL MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT!! HONESTLY AFTER THIS CAR IS PAID IN FULL, I WILL COME BACK IN TO PURCHASE AGAIN :-)
