Physical key did not work

We bought a car from cactus Jack's Glendale and the key we got with the clicker we're not open the door to the car because it was a key that was not processed these people are xxxxxxxx

**** Warning True Story *******

Listen up and please listen carefully !!!!!! I would Never in my life buy a car from Cactus Jack again ! Let me explain the process they will give you any car that you want with a down payment and they make the experience so pleasant what you want know is that there cars are not properly inspected so once they sell you the car they give you a 30 day timeframe to take it to get fixed for free , the issue is some of the cars issues are not detected right away so anything discovered after the car is purchased if it’s outside of 30 days they will no longer fix it for free. They than send you to a company called true fix which will be in your contract once you purchase to repair any damages True fix will give you a time frame of 7-10 days to get the car looked at which is not realistic My car sat in the garage for over 30 days before someone finally reached out .., once they reached out they then demanded a 300$ deductible to repair . Well I let them know I had to pay 1045$ just in rent a car fees since they had my car so long … No accountability was taken on their end because they don’t care !! I’m the most upfront honest person you’ll ever meet Let my experience be an eye opener and word of advice is save yourself the headache and just be patient and go to a different dealership

Garbage

Cactus Jacks is the worst Bought a 2012 Kia Sorento Had some issues since then tried to get into the shop, told it would be 2 weeks just to diagnose and would have to leave my vehicle there. I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle. They sell xxxx vehicles to people that obviously think they have no other choice but to shop here because they don’t actually run your credit. I’m not sure how they even got tags on this vehicle as it is missing a catylitic convertor. I contacted BBB about 2 weeks ago today I finally got a call back from the service center and was lied to. They supposedly have reached out to another shop besides Tru fix because they are so backed up and now they can get my car in if I leave it for 3 days… they can take a look at my vehicle for free but everything that is covered under warranty cost a deductible of $299-599 to “fix” I will bring getting a lawyer also because on my “contract” it says that my lender is cactus jacks but Cactus jacks doesn’t have the ability to lend money at all.

Worst dealership and people that I have ever heard

They lie in their contracts get hostile with you and will sell to unlicensed drivers with duis. Take extra money out of your account for insurance that they don’t even tell you

Auto now financing sucks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cosigned a car thru Cactus Jack for my daughter. And as a stipulation I had to list my bank card. Not only were they receiving payment from my daughter . They've been taking out of my bank!!! In essence double dipping!!! At first I tried calling and calling, no answer and no return call. When I finally got a hold of someone it was a woman by the name of Blanca. She said she saw and understood the discrepancy and that ANF would return my portion of the payments they withdrew. Furthermore she also said, she would take my card off the account and the money would hit in six days. Not only not take my card off THEY CHARGED $422 again!!! I spoke with Tim Tennon extremely shrewd if not crude head of finance Told me while laughing at me that I was screwed about the money and that my daughter has something to do with it. I'm writing this review to warn everyone how Auto now financing is deceitful and crooked I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely disgusting service. Attemped to get me to sign before i had even looked at the vehicle that i was interested in. Tried to sell by putting other dealerships down, quote “you won’t find low mileage used cars at these prices anywhere else.” This was also a blatant lie as I had found many low mileage vehicles in the price range i was looking. Would nog recommend unless you want to deal with old style car sales tactics that make you feel like whether you like your vehicle or not doesn’t matter. I genuinely left after speaking with the salesman not even 5 minutes.
