OK, hopefully I’ll have more room.

OK, hopefully I’ll have more room. Nope I only get 15 words. Well, they sweet talk to me. They treated me real nice convinced me and I bought a car less than 30 days later. It broke down. I tried to contact them. They never called me back so I brought the car back, and even though I’ve spent money with them and now I’m out of vehicle even though I purchased one from them that was supposed to work they have nothing for me while they fix my car and it was still in warranty. What kind of bull crap is that? they are untrustworthy they’re lazy and I regret my decision.

I financed a vehicle last year 2024 and check engine came

I financed a vehicle last year 2024 and check engine came on and it came back with the transmission being the problem I’ve called tryna to get help Mr Alex chose this car out said there was no issues with it I do my monthly oil change I’ve had to buy new equipment they sold me a scam of a car ! It’s disgusting how people will sell something to you that they know wouldn’t last you over 3 years !

Very impressed with our experience at Cactus Jack's.

Very impressed with our experience at Cactus Jack's. My daughter went in to just look, no expectations. However, they listened to what she wanted and could afford and found a car for her that she is very happy with. Shout out to Mark at the Glendale location for amazing customer service. Definitely recommend.

My experience with this car dealership was nothing short

My experience with this car dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was met with cold, uninterested salespeople with terrible attitudes. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to help me or even pretend to care about my business. And don't get me started on the cars they had for sale - they were all in terrible condition, with scratches, dents, and mechanical issues galore. It was clear that they had no respect for their customers or the vehicles they were selling. In the end, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Everyone boycott cactus jacks, Ricky's, and auto now dealerships. They put in bad cars and make you have to fix it and keep up payments and don't work with you. Finance company is trash. Don't get involved with this unethical company. Move on
