Excellent Customer Service!

Purchasing experience was like no other! My husband and I are from another area...2 hours away. Before trekking out here; We did research plus talked with other dealers who couldn't provide any straight answers. Or some dealers who stated they couldn't sell for the price range I was aiming for. When I called Manly Honda, Wayland was great in trying to get a good deal for me. I told him my budget and payment goal. He called me back after finding great Honda incentives and other discounts. The price was right. So when we arrived. Wayland stayed true to his word about the deal. I was amazed because I've always experienced differently...ie. "Bait and Switch" Afterwards, Dave, the finance manager finalized everything. He explained other products available, however, no high sales pressure to buy them. Both Wayland and Dave are a perfect 10 in customer service. .

Efficient

Told Vince we were in a time crunch due to a horrible experience at Hansel. I was accompanying my little sister in her first car purchase. He was extremely efficient and informative. He was able to get us out fast but in a friendly manner, which is exactly what we asked for . The whole experience was so amazing that it motivated me into buying a car, and am now in contact with him trying to purchase a vehicle for myself.

Satisfaction guaranteed

The first interaction I had with Vince was via email, he responded promptly and made sure all my questions were answered. It was a late notice when I told Vince we were coming in, on top of the fact I had only 2 hours to spare before work, and he made it happen. The work ethic was impressing, very professional and knowledgeable as well as respectful of my time. Highly recommended. Luis and Steve over in finance, also contributed to the great experience. The service received doesn't compare to the other dealers I had spoke to and/or visited.

WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Short, Sweet & To The Point. Our car buying experience was very good. Vincent was REALLY GREAT. My wife and I did all of our Shopping/negotiating online. So all that we needed was a warm welcome to Manly Honda and that's exactly what we got. Vincent is who we communicated with VIA the internet and that is who welcomed us with a smile and a handshake. So at the end of the day Manly Honda and Vincent came across as sincere & honest # REFRESHING.

Best Experience Ever!!!!!!!!

I want to thank Everyone at Many Honda. Especially To Thomas Larson and Dave Sambad. These men were so very nice and easy going. Tom was my sales Rep he was so nice pleasant and welcoming from start to finish. Once i was in the chair in the sales office., and tom would step away to make my numbers work. Two other sales rep came up to me to make sure i was comfortable was offered drinks and asked if i needed anything as i waiting.Everyone there was very kind. Once i got to the closing room with Dave. He explained to me some option i could take advantage of to care for my car. I never felt pressure at all from the sale of my car to the closing of the sale.. I ended up purchasing 2015 silver CRV .. Excellent Experience

We were looking to buy a new Honda. We visited a dealership closer to home, but we left without purchasing from them because of their manager's abrupt rudeness. We traveled to Manly Honda, but were wary of coming across the same attitude as experienced from the previous dealership. We were greeted by Tony and we were immediately put at ease with his calm, courteous demeanor. He was informative, answered all questions and concerns, and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. This same customer service carried over to our meeting with Tom in finance. We never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we've ever come across. Thank you.

JR and Mike took the mystery out of buying a car and the whole transaction felt very transparent, professional and surprisingly easy. Easy car buying experience

I knew that I was on borrowed time w my high mileage "now" old car had no working a/c. I got an email from my union who was having a Memorial Day car sale and found the Prius C I have been looking for at Manly and emailed for an appointment a few days later. Tom showed me exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the process. I was given a great deal without the back and forth negotiations I dreaded. I could hardly wait to pick the car up after it was detailed. With both Tom and Steve's help I even was able to have the car exterior sealed. I would gladly go back to Manly after I put some miles on my new car. Thanks Manly

The car I've always wanted

Great service with no pressure. This was my first car purchase in 20 years, so I was a little hesitant going to a dealership, but they treated me right, answered all my questions, and they've got the best coffee in Santa Rosa! Highly recommended.
