My 2020 Pilot sounded loud and an loss of power

Best of the best professional service Jason on your expertise. engine resolve just by hearing the sound. before service went for a ride and he quickly knew the issue. resolve in 2 mins! Lisle of Honda a wonderful sale & service partment

Lisle of Honda has a wonderful service dept. Advisor Jay Crumble has always been very informative, helpful and patience in answering my questions. The other advisors have been helpful as well. We would highly recommend their service. We have been using your service for last three years.

Loyalty & Top notch Sales & Service

I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. Plate that bears the name- Honda Superstore of Lisle. Thank you Brad Brost and Brent Reeves.

Excellent Honda Dealership

We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

Awful customer experience

Awful experience. I asked for a quote at least 5 times, and after not receiving one I took my business elsewhere. Then the agents reach out to me, asking for my business, and when I ask for the quote (for the sixth time) their response is that "if things don't work out with [the other dealers], let us know". Talk about wasting my time and bad customer experience!!!

The worst dealership. Stay away!

This dealership has the worst customer service and most dishonest personnel I have ever encountered. Twice they said they had a vehicle and when we got to the dealership, they didn't. Two other times they said they would bring a vehicle to our house, they never showed up. Overtime, they made up an excuse, or lied saying they had called or emailed. They emailed one price and then changed the price higher once they heard I was paying cash. They are a joke! Don't waste your time, you will regret it.

I was helped by OJ, it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. OJ ensured it was a good experience, I felt welcomed and understood everything that was going on however; should I have receive an email by now to receive the account set up of my car payments?

Good car buying experience

Helped my son (recent college graduate) shop for and buy his first car on his own. We worked with Tony Vetrisek and he did a very good job. He was good humored, patient, and helpful. The car was a 2017 CPO Honda Civic. Everyone at Honda of Lisle treated us fairly and displayed a high level of professionalism - they were efficient, flexible and friendly - very straightforward. I will be back next time I am looking for a car. This is the 8th Honda for our family so we have some experience with Honda dealers. This is one of the best.

Good car buying experience

New car inquiry

No sales person approached me during my visit so I LEFT. The person at the desk asked what I was looking for and I told him a new car purchase inquiry. He said he would find someone to answer my questions...looked around for 5 to 10 mins.....sales people were around but no one asked to help. Guess you don't need a sale. Very frustrating. I had purchase 2 new cars from you in the past....now I know why my last 2 NEW cars were purchased elsewhere.

“Too bad, you signed the papers.”

Please be warned. They are looking for any opportunity to screw you over and take advantage of you. It doesn’t matter if you are a loyal customer for years or new if they can upcharge you and add hidden fees, THEY WILL. Despite my lease contract saying 000 fees at lease end buyout other than taxes, document, and license- I was charged nearly 900$ in additional fees called “restock” and one literally called “optional fee” and license, document, taxes. I ignorantly agreed only to find out if I went through Honda financial or valley aurora Honda I would not have had to pay ANY OF THOSE additional FEES. When I called them they didn’t return my 10 calls for weeks. I was a loyal customer for 3 years, all service, and 3 referrals. When they finally returned my call and concerns of fraudulent fees and being taken advantage they said, “Oh well you signed the papers. It’s done. Sorry you feel that way.” PLEASE AVOID. I would hate for another family to be screwed over. Please do research get numbers from multiple places and learn from my dumb mistake of being naive and trusting LISLE HONDA.
