Pros: The sales and finance people in the office are friendly. Cons: On 1-28-2022, I purchased the 2008 Acura RDX, but unfortunately it was inspected by AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek, but not all of the necessary maintenance was performed before offering it for sale. The next day after I purchased the 2008 Acura RDX I took it in for an inspection at another Acura Dealership and found that the transmission fluid, brake fluid, water pump, spark plugs, valve cover gasket, and drive belts needed to be re-placed. The cost was about $3,087. I also found out that the 5-day money back guarantee does not apply to cars that were made in 2010 and older. They should include this stipulation on there website.

They alway take care of your needs and propose alternative ways and options, very flexible and nice people work there. By the end of any service your car will always be washed. Trust and confidence those are the words that come to mind. Benny is especially an awesome person and knowledgeable service adviser.
