Frank was so helpful in getting my car fixed.

Frank was so helpful in getting my car fixed. He kept me informed and explained everything that needed to be done. The reason for only 4 stars is because most of the time when I would call the service department they would not answer the phone during business hours.

I needed an old change service and made an early morning

I needed an old change service and made an early morning appointment I was there about 90 minutes. The Employee who helped me offered to take care of the recall service at the same visit but I did not have time to stay. They offered a ride home and to return my vehicle to me but I did not have time for that service-nice touch though. Thank you!
