Roosevelt waited on us. He was very helpful, had knowledge of car he showed us. He listened to us about what we were looking for. Even though we didn’t buy he was the best salesman we encountered that day. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle I would recommend looking at Nissan of Albertville and ask for Roosevelt.

Poor Customer Service! Brandon Hope was very arrogant and egotistical. My wife and I were determined to buy a car, but he was very short and hid numbers on the balance sheet. When I called him on it, he acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. We bought a new vehicle the next day at another dealership that had customer service down to an art! Double check their numbers and don’t deal with Brandon. He’s arrogant and assumes clients are idiots.

Can’t say thank you enough to Roosevelt Oliver! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the pros and cons of the vehicle that I was interested in. He worked very hard to set up a deal that I could be comfortable with. Highly recommend him and the entire Team One Nissan staff!

I recently bought a new 2023 Pathfinder from Team One Nissan Of Albertville. I discovered a problem with the vehicle when I got home. In my effort to get the car repaired, they have been terrible about returning any form of communications about the problem. Still NO path ahead from Team1Nissan over a month after the problem was identified. Their lack of communications leads me to believe they are hopping I will just go away. Absolutely terrible customer service! I wish I bought my Pathfinder from another dealership!
