This place is the most unprofessional,rude and dishonest used car lot in Kansas City...they will tell you whatever lies they feel will get you into one of the vehicles on the lot ...it's totally not worth the time or money you will spend purchasing and trying to fix the LEMON!! Of a car *Please don't buy here!!!!*

When I first came in to Autobank as a first-time car buyer, I told them to walk me through the process, and they did. What they didn't tell me was the terrible condition the brakes and rotors were in when I purchased it(I couldn't tell based on the test drive I took and my mother said nothing either). Now they claim my repairs are outside the 6 week window when I had made the complaint on the 5th week. As a result, I've had to cut into my finances and fix the car myself. I don't trust the dealership for a SECOND to fix my car as another repair shop has advised me there was more wrong than Autobank was willing to say. So when you consider buying a car, don't use this place! They will cheat you out of your money for an overpriced car that has pre-existing conditions.
