I could not be more disappointed in this dealership. We purchased a 2010 Volvo for $6,000 and it was a death trap. Our bill to make this vehicle safe for the road is $6,000. They basically sold us a totaled car. When I reached out and sent them copies of all the work the mechanic outlined, including photos, I was told it’s not their problem and they will prosecute me for defamation if I speak up! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! I now have to take them to smalls claims court. I have reported them to the BBB of South Florida. I have documentation of all of the work I had to have done to make the car safe - this was not “normal wear and tear”. Control arms gone, axels gone. No airbags. Awful.

Super professional excellent experience bough a car two weeks ago for my daughter they are amazing to work with honest I'm just super happy and I must share my experience.

Walked in to buy a car for my sport car for my daughter ended up listening to thee professional advice for a safer car and my daughter loves her car.

I showed interest in one car. They quoted me one price and when I went to close raised the price. Shady. I will not do business with these guys.

Called to ask about condition of a vehicle and was rudely interrupted. Was told I am not a real buyer? Will not do business with this group. Stay away.

Took over two months just to receive the license plate. They were asked several times to let us know when it came in and they never did. They were asked to mail the plate several times and said they would deliver to my house. Never showed up and never called. Poor customer service Also had to call several times to see if a part had been ordered for repair.

Overall they weren't very good. They were hard to email, due to the lack of responding, and they were even harder to talk to. Very bad dealership!!!

I saw a VW Pasaat on websites at this dealership for a certain price. I even spoke with the dealer about the car at that price. Then I checked back after a few days to see if the car was still available and the price had been raised $1000. I have never experienced a price being raised. It seems the price went up because interest was shown. The individual that I spoke with was not very helpful in giving information and was not willing to provide a Carfax or vehicle history.
