Not getting back to me a few days before the sale is
Not getting back to me a few days before the sale is bullcrap. You're supposed to be professional owning a business. But I'm not assuming so. Thanks anyway, I will take my business elsewhere.

I got to say I would never buy a vehicle from this company my mother 80 years old gave them $1,200 to hold for a BMW and we told them the problem that she had to switch her license from Florida to Indiana she didn't have a birth certificate we kept them informed on a daily basis of what was going on now they're trying to keep her money or make her buy a car that's $5,000 for $386 a month with 3,000 down so they're strong Elementor they're messing with old people this is her social security retirement that she put down on a BMW for $5,000 and some change and the payments are going to be 234 a month well all the sudden they sold it and the salesman went to Greece and now we can't hear from anybody and I go to the car lot the other day and they said the only car they could put her in was a piece of crap with dust on it that was worth $5,000 and they wanted $386 a month for 4 years they are ripping people off I'm just trying to let people know about it they will not call us the lady in the back is a horrible horrible person to work with she yells at you it is terrible for what they've done to my mother and I will get her money back you guys should be ashamed of yourself 80 years old and you keep someone Social Security you're hurting for money that bad Mr Auto and thank you Mitch I really appreciate you calling telling us you sold the BMW right out from under my mother right out didn't even tell her you know she put money down on that BMW to hold it and you sold it and you knew our situation so let me see your answer to this review yeah we know it took 2 months yeah we know we did this but we kept you informed of every detail we were trying to do and I even went to the lot and then you guys come out and say he can only get one car on the lot that's got dust on it and it's a piece of crap what are you guys do ripping old people off

Excellent dealer knowledgeable friendly staff
Mr. CARE Auto is totally amazing!! We were in a very tough spot when finding out our vehicle could not pull a camper we were purchasing from a private individual. It was Jason Monroe and his team of experts that went to work to find us the most fitting vehicle for the task. They gave us great market value for our trade in and worked with us to find the best rate from their list of lenders. This is by far not my first transaction with Mr. CARE auto. I have purchased several vehicles over the past several years from Mr. CARE auto and they have always went the extra mile to help us get what we needed or wanted. This time it was in a clutch situation and they came through for us in a spectacular way! It was just so awesome I can't thank them enough! You can be sure that they will do their very best to help you too! If there is a way they will certainly find it! Thanks again Mr. CARE auto!! You guys are the cream of the crop in my book!!

Get it inspected somewhere else before you buy it
Bought a truck in October, had 200k miles so bought the warranty. Put barely 2k miles on it, and the engine went, warranty didn’t cover the full cost, never got a full contract from the sales guy but was told 3 years 36000 miles. Well find out they have a “limit of liability” on the warranty so now I had to come out of pocket $2500 on top of having to replace brakes that were down to almost metal on metal and had ate the rotors, they cleaned the engine up and which made it hard to see all the leaks that were actually happening, had to replace transmission lines, oil cooler lines, said they fixed the oil pressure sensor which was a lie, had to replace that, had to replace both front axles and wheel bearings. And the list goes on and on. I have now only put 3000 miles on this truck and spent thousands of dollars on this truck, that was way over priced to begin with. Highly recommend taking the vehicles to another mechanic to have it looked at and don’t trust them or their mechanic. When I brought the warranty limit to their attention they said” I’ve not run into that before, I’ll get you in contact with our representative” that was 2 months ago and haven’t heard a thing back. So now I have no warranty remaining for the 2.8 years remaining on the contract. Buyer definitely beware of this place.

Said one thing, did something else
Terrible used car sales. We negotiated a deal on a truck. The vehicle only had one key. I asked if they had a second key. Salesman said no but he’d get me another key. I mentioned it while filling out the paperwork and had the clerk write in the section “we owe you” that Mr. Car care owed me a second key. When I went back on the day they told me, two guys came out and told me it didn’t matter what it said because the clerk wrote it , not the salesman. He wanted a gold star for coming down on the truck. I told him negotiations are part of used vehicle sales. He said “That used to be the case”. My opinion is never buy from there!

Awesome
Our little family returned from serving in Kenya, East Africa in December 2021 and we needed to buy a car quickly as we prepared to move and settle back in America. Other family had previously bought vehicles from Mr. Care Auto and recommended them to us. Jason invited us down to visit the car lot and organized us to talk with Mitch on the day we went there. They went above and beyond to not only make our car testing simple, but made sure we got the right car for us at a great price. We love the car and appreciated their honesty and care to bless us with a great car buying experience as we were going through such a big transition. We highly recommend them when you are looking to buy a car.

Mr Care Auto "Very dishonest"
I contacted the Owner (Jason) to discuss a truck that had been advertised on Marketplace. I explained that my son was looking to purchase a truck with his saved, hard earned money but I wanted to ensure he is seeking a reliable truck that would be best and safe for him. During our discussion I asked Jason how the rust was on this truck as it was common for most of them to have several rust issues and didn't want a bunch of added cost to fix as the asking price on this particular truck was at a premium. Jason stated that we needed to make the 2 1/2 hour truck as this was a very clean grandpas truck and we wouldn't be disappointed, which should have been my first flag as it was actually purchased from an auction so there's no proof to him that it was owned by a "grandpa". I asked how long he has had the truck, he stated that it had been out back for about a year. When asked why he had it for a yr and sitting in the back (2nd flag), Jason reassured me it was only out back during the wait of the opening of his service center, that just opened a month ago, so they could do their thorough inspection as they do with all their vehicles prior to selling. I asked what all had been done to the truck and what was found, Jason stated that from what he could remember there was a few minor things found and repaired but I would need to talk to one of his salesmen for more questions on that. I trusted what Jason had told me and sent my wife and son to his location as I was unable to go due to my work schedule. Upon their arrival at the car lot I contacted Mitch (salesman helping them) to ask further questions about the truck to ensure it was the quality as described by Jason. Mitch retrieved the report of items found and repaired by them during their thorough inspection. Front brakes, gas tank and fuel pump, brake booster and rear bumper had been replaced as the main items. I asked him about any rust present as he was doing a walk around while talking to me on the phone. He stated that he didn't see any rust and he knew that the bumper had been replaced due to rust on the bumper. I asked if any body work had been done that he knew of and how the rockers and other typically rusted panels looked, as my wife and son wouldn't have known what to look at to verify. Mitch stated it all looks good and he didn't think any thing else had been done. My wife and son found a few visible minor issues so we worked out a deal over the phone and purchase the truck. Upon my inspection of the truck the next day. I noticed that the rockers had slip on rocker covers and the cab corners had been bondo filled and repainted very recently. Upon further inspection there was recent bondo on the rear bedside corner, both front fenders replaced with bolts missing, all four doors had rust at the bottom that had been bondo filled and/or painted over recently to make it appear there was no rust which part of that on the bottom of the drivers door came off during the drive home due to rain, and the gas fill door was bondo filled and painted. Next day, I called the lot to speak to Jason due to my disappointment in his and Mitch's dishonesty. Mitch answered the phone stated Jason wasn't there and wouldn't be available for a few days and denied doing any of this body work as his statement was "We don't do that sir". I asked "did you not say to me on the phone yesterday that you all did a full auto detail prior to putting out for sale?" Mitch, "Yes". Me, "Then your detailer did a crappy job because he left all kinds of fresh dried bondo on the step rails, bedside that is adjacent to the cab corners and the bottom of the bed corner adjacent to the rear fender and the paint is so fresh that the inside smells of paint and its so fresh between the bed and cab that its not even dirty yet". Mitch, "Uh..... I'm sorry sir but we don't do that". Me, "Please have Jason call me back as I would like to speak to him. " Mitch, "Ok." NO CALLBACK. Brakes went out next day and in shop now.
