Went there to try and purchase a truck and NO ONE on the lot seemed interested in helping and several literally walked right past us. Finally two guys smoking cigerattes on the lot walked passed and I asked if they worked there. After saying yes, one looked to the other and said “help him.” Guy reluctantly walked over, went to do something and after waiting 20 minutes for him to return which he never did we left. Also, they have to ride with you when you test drive. What kind of garbage is that? TERRIBLE!!!

Purchased a 2011 SUV with 97,000 miles from Showcase Auto Sales and found out shortly afterward, when a major engine problem emerged, that the vehicle did not have the original motor. The motor was a 2009. This was not disclosed by Showcase. Upon calling Showcase and explaining the situation, there was zero effort to resolve the problem and I was hung up on. Ended up replacing the entire motor. Very negative experience with Showcase Auto Sales. Would never work with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Don't waste your time. I paid cash on a SUV and 30 days later my engine blew and please read the fine print with the warranty you purchase

Well worth the drive. I just purchased a 09 f150 from these guys. Nick in finance got me the approval I needed before making the 2 hour drive. When I got to the dealership Derek had the truck pulled up and ready for a test drive. Will be recommending them to everyone i know.

I purchased a vehicle and the catalytic converter and tranny went in 3 months! Stay away from here, they lie and cheat to advance themselves

They have alot of cars to chose from BUT out of 100 cars you might find ONE decent CAR the rest are trash , unless you know about cars DO NOT SHOP HERE ,

My husband bought a truck from this place. The truck was actually a good purchase, so when I decided I wanted to buy my first new/used car with a payment so I could have a nice vehicle and I could raise my credit by financing it this is where we turned. Right away they recognized us. I picked out a vehicle with roughly 100,000 miles on it. Financed it for $11,000. Complete with the warranty Aaron sold me that and I quote “is good for unlimited miles and ANYTHING engine related”... 2 days later sensors go off. Crank shaft and cam shaft... 4 days later I’m sitting on the side of the road with an overheated engine. Made my way to the gas station for coolant and immediately emailed Aaron from showcase auto sales... was told I had to take it to a certified mechanic let them do the diagnostic test and see what was wrong. The dealership informed me I need a whole new engine. $6,500 for a new one or the warranty place can find used parts for it and that is $2,500! This is with the warranty that was suppose to cover ALL engine related problems. My cost on top of the $11,000 for the car I had 6 days. I have made my payment on this car and paid it’s insurance for it to just sit in the shop. These people lie to your face. Do not go here! I will not be returning and they lost a good customer... we have 8 kids and all of them will eventually be driving. But not any cars from this place. I would hate to rip off people for a living. Shame on them! 😡

Stay as far away as u can!!! Paid 5000 for a vehicle. Two weeks later over 5400 in repairs. Was told by a local mechanic that the car should be sent to clinkston to be trashed. Not worth fixing. Was told to "f Off" by a manager here when I called to see if they would do anything. In the process of taking them to small claims.

I located a vehicle is was interested in on Cars.com and called the dealership for more information. The dealership was an hour an a half drive away and I wanted to confirm the condition of the car before making the commute. I spoke with a salesman who was not friendly and seemed put out by my phone call. He said he was not familiar with the vehicle and left it at that. I called back the next day and spoke with a different salesman who was very friendly and stated he would look at the vehicle and call me back. I secured financing from my bank and waited for his call. I never received it and decided I wasn't going to drive that far without further information.
