Showcase Auto Sales LLC

Rather frustrated with its Showcase Auto sales of Chesaning that place is a real xxxx show. After talking to the salesman telling him my expectations and getting approval before going. I get there to look at an 11000 rusty truck. The alternate truck was also rusty and had xxxxty bodywork done on it. Since I was an hour away from home I looked at their other trucks after trudging around in 2ft deep snow because they couldn’t be bothered to clean the lot. I found a non rusty one although I found a list of minor issues. I was willing to negotiate but it was 4pm and although the door and the website says they close at 4:30 they didn’t have time to talk about it. I showed up preaproved with a deposit and another driver and the salesman didn’t have time to close the deal. Don’t waste your time!

Great value for cars under 5 grand. Do some of the cars need maintenance on normal wear items like brakes? Of course they do. Do some of the cars need tires? Just like you need to buy new shoes from time to time. My Buick lacrosse I bought with 200k now has 260k. Best 3 grand car ever . I have driven it to hell and back. Will be back again.

Be careful buying from these guys! We bought a truck this weekend and when they brought the truck back up to us, they had taken the spare tire from it to use on their other vehicles! Their cameras WILL show that we stopped and looked under the vehicle for the spare and can see it was there. When we called to talk to them about it, the lady who my husband talked to acted like we were lying. Bring up your video!! You guys are thieves! We take offense to shady people! Terrible business!! Wonder what else they do to their customers?! Be very careful if you ever go here. To add, the lady called us right after we posted a review, to try threatening us about our review!! This is very unprofessional!!! How can a company call you up after reading this to threaten us some more? What happened did in fact happen and hope other people are aware of their scams!

I called Showcase on a truck listed on this site, and spoke with Randy. I am coming from over an hour away and brought a mechanic with me, so I asked Randy to please be straight with me and let me know if there was something wrong with the truck. Randy says no issues, runs great, we just got it. As soon as I arrived on the lot, Randy sent someone else out to show me the truck, which has a check engine light on for a pretty serious issue. Randy's assistant tells me the dealership already knew about this. Long story short Randy lied to get me on the lot, wasted an entire afternoon. I can't work with a company who can't even be honest on the phone.

Went to buy a used car and they end up selling me a car that needed an engine. Called them to help find a solution for it and their answer was, “call the warranty company” they clearly knew what was going on and still put the car for sale. The GM the worst specimen in this earth. During the whole process of talking to her, she was only screaming and being disrespectful. Did not give a solution nor try to find one. Do not recommend you buying a car from them

I was told that several small items would be corrected prior to my picking the truck up. I took them at their word. Nothing was done, but I had driven 300 miles, so I took the truck. Prior to purchase, I had asked why they had put a new radiator and transmission cooler in the truck. I also asked if it was because the transmission cooler had leaked into the transmission? I was told it was precautionary because that make and model was known to have issues. ( I also read on line that there where issues, but once the radiator and transmission cooler where replaced, it was a very good truck. ) I was advised that I could purchase a WARRANTY covering the drive train components. Which I did for peace of mind. Approximately 10 days after purchase, the transmission was shuddering and shaking. I followed my warranty procedures exactly as the literature said, as did my transmission shop. The window at showcase auto says it is a WARRANTY, when I spoke with the company, the said that they are a service company. Long story short, they would not cover one cent of the estimated replacement cost of $4950.00. NOW , YOU TELL ME , WOULD YOU BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. In case you wonder, I am a 69 year old man, I do not abuse my vehicles.

It is no wonder they sell as-is... the appearance of the salesmen weren't any better than appearance of what they were selling. Two hours of my time I won't get back.

Well they are not good at negotiating and also prices are way to high. The workers are very rude. I found out my friend got a car from them and 10,000 dollars went down the drain.

There a rip off. The deposit paperwork and when they sell you car the paperwork will be written differently. The price on my first contract paperwork and my buying paperwork totally have me where I over paid for the car and the warranty was not the one I was offered. I need other people with the same problem. They have you signing paperwork outside in a car and will switch up numbers on you. I spoke with Sadie and Kenneth. Please avoid this place. And if you can say the same please get intouch with me.

Called to see if they would hold keys for me on a certain vehicle since I was driving an hour to get to the place and he said he would. I got there the car sold! I was pretty mad I drove 2 hours for nothing! Texted the person back they said I never showed up which obviously wasn't me since I told him I was on my way and it takes an hour to get there. No call or text to let me know car sold, shady people!
