From the time I identified the vehicle I was interested in, to the time I had the car in my garage was under 10 hours! Straight shooter and easy to work with. I would recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat.

I?m this dealership?s customer for 26 years. All 10 of my purchases and leases have been extremely satisfactory. Service department personnel is very knowledgeable. I always go to them for my BMW service needs. They have always provided high-quality work, which one cannot find elsewhere at least in my experience.

I recently brought my BMW in for service at East Bay BMW and while I was hesitant from previous experiences, I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. My service advisor, Anthony D’Amore kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. The work was completed while my service advisor was off, and he took the time to call me to let me know. They even gave it a complimentary wash, which was a nice touch. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and values their customers. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and top-notch customer care. Highly recommend their service department if you want your BMW in expert hands!

The technician who worked on the car was very

The technician who worked on the car was very professional and gave details of all components that he was servicing. He even took a video to show the different components within the bonnet and their upkeep. Overall very pleased with this servicing
