Very friendly and no pressure. I looked over several vehicles and test drove one of them. The vehicle didn't end up being a good match for me, but it was still a very pleasant experience. Yurki was who helped us and he was super nice!

This dealership changed the price of the vehicle when they found out that others were interested . They raised the price $3000.00 and then threatened me when I question the price increase . I am a 72 year old man and negotiated a price on the vehicle. They have committed Fraud and should be held accountable for their tactics.

Don’t waste your time with them. Stopped at least 3 time and called at least 3 times. Had cash in hand to buy a truck on their lot but it had something going on with it when we took it for a drive. Told the sales person, said he was going to have them look at it. Over 3 weeks, still waiting for that call.... went to a reliable dealer and purchased a truck from them.

Don't worry about buying a warranty here, they'll ignore it and try and charge you for warranty work... And double charge you for repairs they think they can get away with. Good thing they got new mechanics, so you don't have to pay twice for repairs like I did... Don't trust Jill, that lying xxxxxxx will do anything to make a buck, even screw over a old close friend. She'll try and convince you, you don't know... But unfortunately for her, she didn't know I did know I was being robbed on what should have been warranty work and double charged for other things... Tire kingdom got me right in and redid my oil seal (300 bucks like it should be) and then I turned around and bought a new truck exactly 17 months later at Village Toyota. Where I completely recommend the sales people, service department and warranty. Toyota honored my warranty on a 5k engine job with less than 200 miles left on my warranty. Jill I told your stupid xxx I bought a car every two years, I meant it. All you did was screw over your friend and yourself in the long run. You and Tim are the most dishonest car salesmen I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

I paid cash for the vehicle and have had it in the shop 4 times in 2 weeks and was told vehicle was above blue book value by the service manager. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with
