POOR SERVICE
Had my oil changed, tires rotated and inspected. Flyer on my paperwork said 79.95 for the package. Did the oil change based on that price. Unfortunately when I went to pay it was 101.00. Upon questioning service I was told prices have gone up because of oil and oil filter costs yet my oil and filter were the same price as the last oil change. When I questioned the flyer attached to the service order I was told that?s not valid anymore and there is no service discount. On top of all that they didn?t even fill my washer fluid. (Was half empty). Checked around on prices at other GM dealers and independent shops and their 6 quart full synthetic oil changes are around 60.00 with fluid top off and around 69.00 if you want the tires rotated. Not 101.00! The inspection is free at all places I checked. To say the least a little disappointed. Probably the last time I do service at Atwater.

The worst car dealership in Minnesota
They lied to us, they trashed the tint on our back window, then told us we had to find someone to fix and then they may reimburse us after we pay. Nothing in writing. They told us our car had issues which was a lie. Now they are selling for 4500 more than they paid. Like I said nothinh but lies.

you can't say you are going to do things one way and handle it differently. i will pass the story of my experience along to others. you should be very ashamed of yourselves for handling things the way you did. Up front honesty is what people are looking for when buying a vehicle.

Highly recommend
I have taken my vehicles here for several years for maintenance and the service staff if #1. I've also bought 2 used vehicles and both times the process was fast and smooth. Fantastic experiences every time.

I find Brandl dealership to be excellent! I could not have asked for better service or kindness from a business. Simon in repairs took care of my problem asap. I was thankful and totally impressed with the personal service I received. I believe Brandl believes in the golden rule to treat others how you want to be treated.

In w/mycolorado for routine maintainance , pil chg etc. Serv mgr brckoned me to see what mechanic found. I immediately thought. Ohoh here we go. Got back into mech area-air cleaner box was full of dog food right up to the filter. Pesky mice!! They cleaned it out and my mileage increased by at least 5 mpg. Thanks brandl.

Warranty information
I brought a used encore about a year ago and When I had my oil changed I was told the air conditioner was leaking and needed to be replaced .I called Brandl many times but do not get returned calls with information. My family and I have bought many new Buick’s from Brandl and I have lost all confidence in Brandl and Buick.

Repairs done perfectly! Great staff to deal with. I have had service on multiple cars and SUVs over the years and have ALWAYS been satisfied. They never let you leave incomplete or dissappointed. Fun people and competent in their job performance. Try them, you will be very glad you did!
