Shelby was very knowledgeable about the Nissan my daughter purchased from her. She managed the sales process efficiently, although it was more time consuming than we liked. She provided an excellent review of the car's features, even though the car my daughter is replacing is a Nissan. Also, I would like to note the individual who provided us with all the paperwork was very organized and efficient.
