I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. The vehicle I bought was a L-certified fully loaded with 3,500 miles and the one I traded was having just 8,690 miles. I was upgrading mine since the LS500 was deeply depreciating almost 50% in less than a year for no reason. I experienced a flawless dealing and transaction from beginning to end. I did my business with them after my intense nationwide search. I was offered retail price range for my trade-in and the best price available nationwide. I can’t be more happier. My sales person Mr. Mail and Dorg were incredible, honest, sincere and proactive through out and finance person Mr Azad was the best finance manager I ever met so far for my various purchases in my life. They truck me the car I purchased and picked mine from Tennessee within 48 hours once transaction executed. From my experience, I highly recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

If you want to give away your money to unprofessional, visit Pohanka Lexus. Many hidden charges and never fulfill agreed price. terrible place to buy cars.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. At a recent visit for scheduled maintenace (a complete ripoff for which they do almost nothing and charge $600-$1000), Pohanka Lexus initiated a Virginia inspection then FAILED the inspection and told me that I needed a new battery, 4 tires, and new brakes both front and back. I was turned off by the sub-standard warranty they offer on their tires and batteries (particularly given the prices they charge), so I reluctantly let them put a FAILED sticker on my window and take it to a more reputable service center to get the repairs done. What shocked me WAS NOT that the total cost was half their $2,000+ quote. What shocked me was that multiple tests showed my car battery was in great shape and performed like new, and that my rear brakes had at least a year's addition life on them. The other service center recommended AGAINST those unnecessary repairs that Pohanka had tried to stick me with. I could go on about how they abuse the Lexus brand and use it as an excuse to rip people off. This dealership has an Acura service center that's just 100 feet away, where they charge 40% less for some of the same services. Just Stay Away.

My purchase of a Lexus from Pohanka Lexus Chantilly could not have gone better. My salesman, Daniel Gajramsingh, was great, to the point that he drove my new car to me, a roundtrip distance of 450 miles. He did a fantastic job every step of the way.

Today I visited Pohanka Lexus for both annual inspection and to add new front brakes. My wonderful and extremely active service rep Hetty Stoner greeted me in her usual euphoric smile and proactive professional demeanor. Again I had my worked upon by the excellent Camaou my African brother0-in-arms. Such a wonderful and outstanding mechanic. My 2014 ES 350 with 71,000 miles never looked better and drives even better. I always visit with Miss Tricia head of all Service and with General Manager Gary Whipkey. Pohanka is the diamond imperial of all dealerships and I love the vip treatment even though I am a normal customer who appreciates the quality professional product given to me each and every time since April 2014. I bought a 2022 RCF from Pohanka Lexus. It was delivered by truck and was dirty as the driver stated he hit a few storms on his way to Florida.. I understood but I noticed the next day it had a ding in the driver rear panel. I emailed multiple times to be told they are going to get with the transport company. Well it’s an 80k car so I went to Lexus of melbourne and their paintless ding repair guy fixed the ding but the ding was down to the metal. So in order to make it right they said I had to go to a body shop for which they recommended but I still have yet to hear from my salesman shavan. The purchase was in February.

Don't buy a car from these people; they will stab you in the back wherever they can.

I paid $300 for a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at. I should have cost $19.99 by the amount of work they did with the car. They didn't even check full operation, and didn't diagnose any problems with the car. For example: the wrote “window operation issue” but no one could explain what was wrong with the car.. Not even a “windows won't roll up or down”. They also refused to quote me any repairs to the issues, and said that an inspection doesn't cover break checks! xxx $300 for an inspection they won't even grade brake pad checks. What a joke and a scam. Called for a refund and they won't answer
