I went in dreading the process, and anxious about the outcome, because of my lack of credit. I didn?t know exactly what I wanted, but I did have specific things in mind. I made all these things known to Allison, and she worked hard to make sure that I was more that pleased with everything, and wouldn?t have to settle on ANYTHING! I got way more than I expected! I love my new to me car! I got a 2017 Chevy Malibu, low miles, all the bells and whistles that I wanted, even the color I wanted! I got the price I wanted, the payment I wanted, my expectations were exceeded! The whole team was awesome! But I really appreciate Allison for really listening to me, taking into account what I was wanting, and not pushing me on something that I was not 100%pleased with. I love my car!
