Horrible Serice

Horrible experience when purchasing a new vehicle with them. After they hand you the keys, your irrelevant to them. I?m not speaking after months to years of purchasing. I had purchased a custom ordered vehicle from them and after waiting an additional month I finally recovered the vehicle from the manufacturer. The manufacturer did not install the roof racks, mud flaps, cargo shade, illuminated side mirrors with emblem and weather matts. Well after gathering the list of in-completed items installed, my wife waited approximately 7 hours with a teething toddler for them to notify us that an employee was injured during the installment. I feel bad for the guy however when I realized that within the 7 hours, only the cargo shade was installed I was furious. If the employee was injured within the 1st hour and they notified us to pick up the vehicle, my wife wouldn?t have wasted 6 hrs of stress on them. If the employee was injured near the 7th hour, only a cargo shade was installed during the first 6 hrs? Since then, I have expressed my concerns to my salesman who hung up the phone on me ?Jag? and has yet to even apologize for the inconvenience. He sent me to his manager who attempted to affirm customer service however he too has neglected to provide me service. Instead of taking any legal action or pursing this complaint with corporate, I spoke to the financial contract admin who did our paperwork. Since she advised me to speak to her for any problems first for resolution. I?m getting the same run around. I paid for a car, yet the car is incomplete! And they are taking the time to complete it! Horrible service with the lack of compassion for customers whom are just following up on Services which they are entitled to! Lack of accountability and lack of communication!

These guys put the sleaze in sleazey used car lot.

I called the dealership about a used Honda they had listed for $22789 to see if they could match or at least come close to online prices from several other dealers. (Car had been on their lot for two months.) Johnny said he would check with manager and call me back. After not hearing from him for a few days I called to check again and was told "We can't take one nickel off the price." I noticed a week later they had dropped the price to $20451 so I made an appointment to inspect the car. When I got to the dealership Justin told me that they were getting ready to send car out to wholesaler since it had been there so long. I test drove the car and agreed to purchase at the new price. Justin went to talk to sales manager, then came back and told me that they wouldn't sell me the car for their advertised price. I would have to pay more if I wanted the car. I had to get away from this shady dealership.

Poor Customer Service

Started the process Concord Chevrolet after seeing a few trucks online. I didn't need a vehicle, so I wanted something specific (new, black on black Silverado) that would fit the budget I set for myself. After a little bit of back and forth to describe exactly what I wanted, it seemed that they had one in stock but in Dublin. We signed the contract, so they could get the truck moved up here. But when it came in it had a lift kit and tow package, which I didn't mind but didn't actually need. It was also $6400 more than what I was quoted the night before. On top of that it seemed the truck was coming from Lodi, not Dublin (more on this later). When I was messaging the sales rep, Jag, he mentioned he could get a silver version of the same truck without the lift, which would have been great if I wanted silver. I was put on speaker with the sales agent, finance manager and sales manager, who didn't seem to understand my frustrations. They said it was an error in their system, even though the sales agent said he talked to the Dublin manager and said that the truck was good to go. Magically between his conversation and the next day it was shipped to Lodi and an additional $6400 worth of stuff put on it?? We asked them what their solution was for this and they told us to go deal directly with Lodi because they didn't want us to think badly of them. Well guess what... You seemed like you were trying to do a bait and switch , and then you didn't even want to come up with a solution. So yeah we will think badly. Having been in real estate for many years I can't tell you how many times my seller or buyer had to make concessions to make the deal work. I myself have put in part of my commission to make it work, yet these guys had NO SOLUTION to the problem they started. I would have even been okay with a "Hey, our bad. We didn't look that deep into the details of what was really on the truck. We are truly sorry but would like to keep your business so we'll keep looking for exactly what you are looking for." But apparently they were not sorry nor wanted my business, unless it was to sell me something that I didn't want.

Fixed my problem

I had a issue with my Chevy volt , they got me a rental car that day and then they got my car fixed.

Misleading selling practice

Un compétant salesman, not knowledgeable about the cars is selling, misleading us about the real price of the car, always including the out the door price with a deposit of $5000 to make the price of the car more attractive, and never told us. Stay Away!

Misleading salesman

Terrible dealer and salesman, not knowledgeable about the car, misleading us on the real price of the car, never mentioned the out the door price included a deposit of $5000, sales practice from a dishonest dealer, we found out when the loan arrived a week late, our deposit was part of the price he told us from the beginning to make their price attractive. STAY AWAY.
