After having an unpleasant experience dealing with

After having an unpleasant experience dealing with another local Chevy dealership, I was more than impressed with Anthony D' Amore. He was extremely friendly, personable, an overall joy to interact with. His exemplary customer service was displayed in two major ways: 1. When I was getting checked in with him, I received a notification of my doctors appointment, that I totally forgot I had in one hour. Since my car's service was not going to be done in time, he arranged one of his team members to give me a ride right away so I did not miss the appointment. 2. When we were troubleshooting why my rear TV's were not working correctly he was able to help me figure out the cables I had might be the issue. He even went all over the dealership trying to track down something that would interface/fix the issue. He also made the recommendation as to the correct cables I should buy, and assisted me with that purchase. On top of that, he followed up with me a couple days later to check in. During that call, he even offered to bring his own set up into the dealership to further troubleshoot this issue. Anthony's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and AMAZING customer services will be bringing me back to Concord Chevy for any and all services and/or purchases going forward!!! I will be recommending him and Concord Chevy to anyone I know in need of services and/or car purchases!!! AWESOME job Anthony!!!

Was ready to buy a Truck from them for full price listed.

Was ready to buy a Truck from them for full price listed. I was told no problem buying out of state,and getting it shipped. ( at my expense of course ) Several hours later they got back to me and told me this is no longer allowed. I could understand if they wanted to charge a small fee for this, as they would have to turn it over to the transport company, but I wasn't even offered that. Complete waste of time.

Took my car 3 times here.

Took my car 3 times here. Each time they do not do the service as written on the paper. My situation is that the car has been shaking and they told me its my rotors but it isn’t as I recently changed them. I even changed them again after they said it, then the problem persists. Overall, I was met with really bad service and mostly just lies. Each time I send my van they barely check it, take my money and then tell me, “okay we will do some of the repairs for free”, when the repairs aren’t even for the check engine or the shaking problem with my car. Another $500 gone, I wouldn’t recommend going here due to the bad service, they will just drain your money and leave you with no answer.

Excellent Customer Service

I took my truck in for an oil change and to diagnose a leak coming from the front end of the vehicle. Gilbert DeGuzman was so awesome! He was friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service!

I ordered a Bolt EUV online, paid a $2500 downpayment,

I ordered a Bolt EUV online, paid a $2500 downpayment, and scheduled a delivery date. When we arrived the dealership refused to sell the vehicle for the advertised price and then stated that it was reserved for another buyer. After a week the car was still available on their website and then was sold. Three weeks passed but the payment hasn't been returned yet—terrible experience.

I wrote you on 01/23/2023 but haven't got any response to my email. I contacted GM customer support, but they couldn't contact you either. Just check your inbox or ask John Cooper about the issue. It's been a month already. No car, no refund, no response from the management, no help, even no apologies. Update 02/09: got the money back to my account.
