My service advisor Brian was terrific. The waiting area was clean. And I was offered one of the desks in the lounge area so that I can work on my laptop. Would refer the dealership to friends and family.

Helpful friendly people. Great lounge with 400 MB wifi. Service was competent, efficient, swift and helpful.

Great experience, unmatched service. Eva was nice and helpful. She explained and walked us through new cars available, trim levels, perks of every car that we were interested in. Chris, the manager, gave us a great council on financing. Even thou the was a storm that day and troubles with Internet Service Provider, they went beyond the call of duty to help us purchasing of the car. Most pleased with experience. Me and my wife are now happy owners of a new Kia Forte 2023.

I got my Kia in May 2022 and have been extremely happy and well satisfied with both the car and the service and folks at the dealership. I have waited while my car was being serviced and the waiting area is comfortable, bright and equipped with coffee, etc. The technician and the office personnel are warm and friendly, as well.

The KIA website and the dealership should be very clear in telling us the consumers that the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price seen on the website for that specific car at the specific dealership is NOT the price the dealership has on the vehicle. NEED for more transparency. Also, we new car buyers need outreach from the dealership telling us about the TIKTOK challenge that is encouraging people to steal KIA automobiles - we should receive some assistance on this detail.
