I bought a new Jetta

I bought a new Jetta. Kalani in sales was great, the manager (don't know his name- awesome!!!!) brought down the price for me and Bart in finance very friendly and amazing. The actual car had many problems. But customer service- AMAZING!

Was pleased with the final price for my Prius

My salesman Samer Mustaklim made the transaction easy and enjoyable; I appreciated that. more word.s, more words, more words, more words etc. Wanted 20 words is "stupid"

No Pressure Sales

No pressure sales, and low asking prices. Easy and organized buying process. I would recommend Toyota Sunnyvales to a friend. I also like how they have a website showing all available cars.

What car buying should be like all the time

First off I would like to mention that this place had a truck for me ready to go but I came in a little late and someone took it before me. No worries though I came back and there was another truck that was my second goto option just in case if this indeed happened. They took care of all the paperwork and even had my insurance go down too! No-haggles, no worries. With that in the back on my mind I knew that I was getting the best deal out there. All the managers and people who aided me in my search were very helpful and explained in great detail in the deal I was going to receive. I had bad experience in the car buying game and I thank god that this wasn't one of them. IM lucky I got a truck I wanted and didn't have to give up an arm or a leg just to get it. Thank you to all the staff at Toyota Sunnyvale on helping me get my 2014 Ford F-150! and Thank you for the coffee too! Will be in the hunt for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited next so, this is the place I would want to get one!
