5 star for Charles Chang (sales) and Jeffery Lin (new car sales director). Charles is nice and honest. He has never been pushy and, I could do test-drive two different cars without hassle. Jeffery Lin gave us a good price to help Charles make the deal.

New Corolla / Omid Shayeganpour was VERY helpful!
In February 2016, we purchased a new Toyota Corolla Eco Premium at Toyota Sunnyvale. Omid Shayeganpour was the sales associate that helped us throughout the process and he did a fantastic job! My mother (for whom I purchased the car) had very little experience with new car technologies (such as Blue Tooth, Navigation systems, Keyless entry systems, etc). Omid did a great job explaining all the options available on the Corolla and how the various packages affected the price of the car. We took 2 weeks to make our decision, and during that time Omid always made himself available to answer questions. He is a very kind and helpful salesman and does not put any pressure on the customer. We felt we got a great deal on our car and we enjoyed working with Omid! This is the second new car we've purchased from Toyota Sunnyvale in the last 4 years and we can absolutely recommend them.

Lots of fake reviews on this site beware !
I bought a certified used toyota from these guys and had horrible experience buying the car and to find out afterwards car was never service just cleaned they didn't even fill the tank of gas ! There was sludge in the engine with black dirty oil and filter was falling apart !

GREAT EXPERIENCE
I was replacing my half ton truck. Stan Wolowski was an asset to my search. He located the Tundra that fit my needs and got it to the dealership and in my driveway in short order. Stan is a fun and easy to deal with guy. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the process. I had shopped around and could have saved myself a lot of time and trouble if I had come to Stan and Toyota of Sunnyvale first. It was a pleasure to work with Stan.

Toyota Sunnyvale - 5 Star Service & Sales Process
Excellent sales process at Toyota Sunnyvale. I worked with Cynthia Muonio and she was fabulous. She helped me get every cost break I could. This was my first time working with a woman sales rep at a dealership and it was refreshing to have such an intelligent, low-key, up to date sales rep on all aspects of the deal! The finance process with Daniel Radcliffe went smooth and quick. He was very friendly and easy to work with. The car I purchased ( Toyota Hybrid Camry) is beautiful--just the color I wanted -- and has everything I was looking for including the performance and gas mileage I needed. This was my 2nd time purchasing a car there. I have brought my cars here for service too for several years. Quick and reliable with extended service hours. Very pleased.

Sunnyvale Toyota definitely a place to buy car
Despite the facility is a little small compare to ... But customer service is excellent . Before coming to Sunnyvale Toyota last time in Nov2015 , I still think of going to dealer you need how to "deal" for the price . Later on I know I was wrong ... my thinking is when you need to buy a car you need to have a dealer agent know how to listen and exhange knowledge with you more than anything else . Good price would be automatic offer when agent understand your need . I bought my 2 Toyota Camry 2015 in November and 2016 recently . This time it cost me only 2 hrs then I can drive the car out of dealer door . All of my friend ask the secret how I can buy such that good price . Frantly I can tell I do not have any secret , I make a phone call in advance and I tell Brian (the name of agent , first time i know) that I need someone know how to listen and share opinion before I make up my mind to buy one of them , could be RAV4, SE Camry or Avalon , he told me just come and believe him I do not need to bring any check book , or make any commitment if I am not satisfy ... later on I want to dry the car homw right away and very happy .

Very good buying experience
I would say that i'm not your typical buyer. I like to arm myself with every bit of information and go into the dealer knowing exactly what I want, and what I feel would be a fair deal for the both of us. I also don't like to negotiate, and do "let me check with my manager" game. I always start off by asking what the OTD price on a vehicle i'm interested in. If they cannot answer that quickly, and succinctly, then they are not the kind of dealer i'd like to buy from. I'm not interesting in 'sitting' down and going back and forth over numbers, wasting each other's time. So this year I find myself in the market for a 2016 Tacoma. I knew the exact trim level and option package I wanted, and knowing the demand, I understood that i'd likely be paying MSRP or a few hundred below it. I'm OK with that, as long as the dealer is upfront about pricing and had a transparent buying process. To me, time is more important than squeezing every last dollar I can get off the truck. I did my usual dealer email inquiries--emailed about 5-6 dealers that had the truck I wanted in stock, and used truecar/AAA/Tacoma forums for reference pricing. Most of them came back at MSRP--some at above MSRP! Sunnyvale Toyota was one of the dealers that was willing to go a few hundred below MSRP. I prompty set up a time in which I would come in. I was immediately contacted by the Fleet Manager Stan Wolowski. He gave me the pricing upfront and within a few minutes of meeting him. I was very happy about that. While they had the truck I wanted, it was on hold for someone else, with no other truck like with the options I wanted, I told him to just call me back if the other buyer backs out. About 10-mins into my drive back to the office, he texted me and said the truck was available as he called the other buyer and they backed out. I quickly turned around, came back and left a deposit, since I had to go back to the office for some meetings, I could not finish the deal then and there. During the few hours I had left, Stan had the truck detailed, and all the paperwork in order. He messaged me every step of the way, and was very good about communcating. I will have to say, that after buying 10 or so new cars in my lifetime, this is the way to do it. I really don't like wasting time at a dealer. Stan was my one and only contact, and the only person I spoke with at the dealer. I really enjoyed that personal approach to buying my truck. I came back in the evening, and Stan and I went through all the paperwork. There was minimal upsell on his part--which I greatly appreciated. He was very detail oriented and had everything ready to go. Unlike your typical salesman, being the Fleet Manager, he had really good knowledge of the truck and a ton of tips. As a final good by gesture he offered to pair my phone to the truck, but I was running out of time, so I just thanked him and went on my way. Overall, I am very satisfied with Stan Woloski and Sunnyvale Toyota. As a non-typical and very particular buyer, he went above and beyond to make my purchase smooth and easy. Sometimes you can can nickel and dime a dealer to get the maximum discounted price, but i'd rather not waste my valuable time and start enjoying my truck.
