I scheduled an appointment for a recall. Mike was very friendly and pleasant even though it was 6am. He reviewed what would be done and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Once I came back to pick up my car he remembered me and made the pick up process a breeze. Definitely exceptional customer service.

We started our buying experience with your sales person Ray Lewis on line then on the phone. Ray knew he was in completion with other dealerships. When he realized we were very serious about getting a Prius Limited and that we needed a far more competitive offer he responded right away went “to the mat” for us and won the sale.
