Great Service Above And Betond

Had a warranty issue that was fixed by the service dept and they had to order parts, and put me in a vehicle for two weeks...They put me in a pickup above and beyond what I had bought from them...A 15 in place of a 14...On top of that they delivered my pickup to me which was where I work, which is approximately two hours from their service dept...That in itself is a SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND...

Mixed feelings

Parker King did a great job for you working his tail off to make a deal. Great salesman! Larry Fordham shocked me when he was able to beat the financing from my credit union. Am very pleased with them and the service department. BUT... How in the world could you take in a vehicle, have it on the lot over 10 months and not have a lien release on file??? I cannot register the vehicle until get lien release from prior owners financial institution. Who dropped the ball? I'm afraid to even drive the truck. I was told I'd get the release in just a few days and that it was in the mail from prior owner. That worries me and irritates me. M

Yukon XL buyer

Baldwin is very easy to do business with. We dealt over the phone. Our salesman, Parker, brought the vehicle to me and went over the features. Helped me sync my phone with the vehicle and answered all my questions. We will be back.
