We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Travers GMT West and it was an awful experience. The check engine light came on the day after we brought it home. They indicated they were going to put in a "new" engine, in reality it was refurbished. It took 3 weeks of the 30 day warranty to replace the engine. As a result of their engine installation, the Jeep was leaking coolant so we had to replace a part that cost $400 because we were outside the 30 day warranty. We have since paid over $1600 in repairs to the Jeep. They did offer to purchase the Jeep back for $7,000 less than we paid for it. Their sales team is dishonest and the service department is not a quality service department or they didn't check this vehicle before they sold it.

xxxx bags raised the price for a truck after we confirmed I was going to come to buy it. Was about to spend 13000 and really glad I did not give them my business.
