They said I was approved for the car and didn’t work off

They said I was approved for the car and didn’t work off my credit, but when I got there with everything they asked for over the phone they said I need more money or a co-signer 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

They rip you off on AUL service contract refunds

Bought car in March 2020 and was talked into buying AUL service contract. Sold the car March 2022. Requested refund AUL service contract when we sold the car. Got run around for four months. Finally received a small check. The check amount didn't seem right. I called AUL. AUL tells me that my refund check should be much higher than what we received. Autohouse Tempe shorted us our $944 on our service contract refund. AUL backed up our refund information on AUL's letterhead. There are better car dealers out there.

Buying a Hummer H3

Larry Davis, was the best. He worked with me on buying my first car. He went the extra mile for me to get me into a hummer h3. I'm so grateful for his work, lol although when I went to pick up the h3 they couldn't find the keys. I recommend LD to anyone buying a car.

I put in a credit app nobody returned a message not too

I put in a credit app nobody returned a message not too good at all apparently the company doesn't care about anybody so I just flat quit trying started looking elsewhere

We worked with Ben and he was very helpful. Would ask for him again. He showed us what was on the lot and also looked up more cards on the computer.

Tod H is the best out there!

Tod Hale is the guy to help you find the vehicle you want! My husband wanted a certain vehicle that is hard to come by due to current situations. It took 3 weeks but he did it! We were so pleased with his professionalism and over the top customer service. His attention to detail and explanation is superb! There’s no other way to purchase a vehicle. There’s no hidden pricing or agenda. Everything was quick! We love Tod & Autohouse! Even our eldest just purchased her car from Tod!

No Fuss, No Muss

This is the second time I have used Bill Halverson to find me a new car. I was 100 percent pleased both times. I told him what I wanted and he found me a good deal. Bill came to my home with the new car and drove off my trade-in, even though I do not live in Tempe. He was available to answer questions and discuss alternative choices and took care of the details. The experience was easy, quick and so much more pleasant than negotiating with a traditional dealer. I highly recommend this service.
