Beware of AUTOHOUSE they are scammers!
Beware of AUTOHOUSE they are scammers!! They will get you down there with their deceptive online prices, but you will end up paying far more with additional hidden fees! Be warned, be sure to ask for all the paperwork that you signed, do not leave without this! Make sure to look over everything, (all charges) do not let them have you sign so fast that you do not know what you are signing, they are fast talkers for sure!! I was also charged $3500.00 for a warranty and a $2000.00 Theft Benefit and still have no clue what this is? Along with other charges.. I asked the General Manager Dan, and of course he did not answer me either Doing a little research myself I found to be very interesting is that if you go to AZ Corp Commission and look up Autohouse you will see the same Atty as Statutory Agent to all of these different Autohouse locations.. along with Where they get your Warranty from “Ascent” also under the same… Long story short I lost 8000 from the 2nd car I was going to purchase from these shady people, I did go to Atty General’s office and tried to fight it there. But the Atty for Autohouse Adam D who is also Statutory Agent for all the Autohouse LLC, Autohouse of Phoenix, Autohouse of Scottsdale & Ascent (Where they do the Warranty’s from) “you can see where this is going” I hope that Karma if anything get’s them where it hurts they should be ashamed of themselves!

This place is a scam, if you buy from here make sure you don’t sign anything unless they go over each page with you! Read exactly what you’re signing and most importantly pay attention to the price they quoted you and what they are trying to add in without you knowing it! They will add as much as they can, really best to buy from a reputable company, as they were when they were called Collection of Scottsdale! We made the mistake of trusting them and they added in an extra $9000 which included a service contract and Gap insurance that were never even mentioned and this wasn’t even including taxes and registration! Didn’t honor price we were quoted by manager, then added in ceramic tint for $699. And $1495 for Theft benefit (what the heck is that) Also make sure that you get copies of what you sign, how would this not be automatic?? How sad that they are exactly what car dealerships are trying to no longer be known for! The owner of Auto House should be ashamed because Collections of Scottsdale were a reputable company!!

DONT EVER BUY A CAR HERE!
DONT EVER BUY A CAR HERE! This is the worst place to buy a car. I worked with the Marcella & Frenchy. They got me in the car but the car had blinking mileage and I smelt coolant. I brought the car back the next day and they said they would fix the issue of the mileage and nothing was wrong with the a/c unit. Well… not even 6 months later, the engine went out and hadn’t had the vehicle for a year, let alone 8 months. So I cancelled the gap insurance and Auto House is NOW refusing to issue the gap insurance check to the Finance Company. They are giving excuses stating they moved from Tempe to Phoenix (claiming it’s a “different” business) and they are not responsible for anything pertaining to the Tempe Location but still have some of the same individual working at this new Phoenix Location. The individual at this company has now asked me to stop calling this morning because I have questions. They refuse to answer questions as to WHY the Tempe location closed. I’m really considering a lawsuit now. But they will offer me a discounted rate for a new/used engine. CRAZY. They could have replaced the engine under warranty the day after I bought the 2016 Chrysler 200. Jeff at this Phoenix location has no useful information and appears not to be a help either. How is a check sent to your company, no one has documentation of it and I’m given a address to write a letter to inquire about my check. This is unacceptable business practices!

I found a vehicle online.
I found a vehicle online. I went to the dealership with a pre-approval letter from my bank. Stating down paymemt and monthly payments from my bank. All the dealership had to do was sent the application to my bank. The dealership added additional fees to the price of the vehicle, raising my monthly payment by $200. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, stay away..

Ms Ruby (Phoenix) AUTO HOUSE BUYERS BEWARE On the internet, I found some excellent deals and options at the Auto House used car dealership in Phoenix. I drove down to Auto House, found a vehicle I liked and agreed to the sale price with the salesperson who assured me that Auto House was not like other used car dealerships and takes good care of their customers. Then I was introduced to the finance guy where I went through the signing process. Imagine my shock and panic when I finally got a copy of agreement and reviewed my sales documents to see that Auto House had added almost $5,000 to the selling price of the car. I called and was told selling price included tax, registration, and document fees. A LIE. Salesman BAITS then Finance guy SWITCHES price

Stay away from this dealership!
Stay away from this dealership! They don’t honor price agreement, tack on service warranty without telling you, tack on gap insurance without telling you. We received zero paperwork and didn’t realize anything was tacked on until possibly too late to cancel these add ons! Very shady place!

AUTO HOUSE BUYERS BEWARE My truck got T-Boned and
AUTO HOUSE BUYERS BEWARE My truck got T-Boned and totaled the week before. I needed a truck ASAP for local transportation and to haul feed for our ranch animals. On the internet, I found some excellent deals and options at the Auto House used car dealership in Phoenix. They have a good website and, ironically, openly state that they are honest with no tricks or upsells. I drove down to Auto House, found a truck I liked and agreed to the sale price and loan terms with my young salesperson who assured me that Auto House was not like other used car dealerships and takes good care of their customers. He and I shook on the deal and then I was taken to the finance office where I was whisked through the signing process without any of the numbers being discussed with me. Imagine my shock and panic when I got home and reviewed my sales documents to see that Auto House had added almost $4,000 to the sale price of my truck as well as over $6,000 worth of extended warranty items. (I had only agreed to the most basic warranty available.) When I drove back and, eventually, was able to talk to a finance manager, he said the sale price difference was for “Dealer Add Ons”, (already on the vehicle when I test drove and bought it). When pressed he said this almost $4K worth of dealer add-ons were for “new window tinting, door edges and 1 year of GPS”. (Then how come the driver’s door did not come with a door edging?) He went on to say Auto House would not amend my contract and that it was just the way they do business. Luckily, I was able to cancel the five extended warranty contracts they signed me up for by dealing directly with the warranty company. BUYER BEWARE. The Auto House dealership in Phoenix is deceitful and predatory! They will try to reel you in and take advantage of you. They lie. The internet advertised price for a vehicle on their lot, WILL NOT be the price of the vehicle they try to slip by you on their sale documents.

I reached out to the dealership to purchase 2022 Ford
I reached out to the dealership to purchase 2022 Ford Mustang that is still on sale on Cars.com. They want to add $599 dealer fee. I am fine with that. However, they want to add $1798 for accessories that is already installed in the car. I refused to pay for it. My advice to the dealership in order to avoid these negative reviews, add $2000 to the price and don't ask first anything else with the exception of taxes, license and administrative fees. I guarantee you, you will sale any car, if you adopt this method! I am willing to pay $21000 plus taxes, license and any other government fees for the 2022 Mustang that is on sale for $19,998 on Cars.com Please let me know! You know who I am!

2010 ford focus was rusty and had a rough idle so bad that the steering wheel would vibrate. They assured me it was inspected and safe. Then they wanted 1700 in dealer accessory fees. The car had flat tires and needed a battery. Horrible experience
