We purchase all our cars from Round Rock Hyundai, and greatly appreciate the service we receive. The service dept is very helpful and explains any suggestions for work. They dont pressure us, but answer any and all questions so we can make informed decisions. They are detailed in their service whether we bring in our brand new Tuscon or our 2007 Elantra, which they ensure is still going strong. Our last visit was going to take awhile, so they were quick to mention they provide Uber service if we wanted to go to lunch! Their work has always been dependable, too.

I bought my 3rd used car there several months ago. Since I gave my email at the time the deal was closed, I thought when I wasn't given the paperwork I thought they would come by mail. I bought a 9 year extended service contract, I've never a copy of that mailed to me, it's like I don't have a receipt for this at all. They say they sent by email several times but the file may be too large so I didn't get it. So on the 3rd call several weeks ago they said they'd mail a copy but never have.

We had the best experience EVER at Round Rock Hyundai. We live in College Station, TX. We started our search here looking into every car dealership in town with the best offer for trade-in and monthly payment we could afford. We are seniors on Social Security. We had a definite number in mind that we could afford monthly. Round Rock Hyundai is the Only dealership that met our needs. And as for the professional, friendly, courteous employees, they are TOP NOTCH!! No pushy sales talk just listened and made things happen to our benefit. Above our expectations in fact.
