Clawson Honda of Fresno is Family!

i felt like i was part of the Honda family and not another plain old customer. Benny Walker was fantastic and super sweet. Garo and Jesus were more than helpful. They even picked me up down the street and gave me a ride back to Honda. They were funny and caring. In addition, they did not make me feel rushed and even took the time to show me all the cool features on the Pilot I am leasing.

Great Car Buying Experience

From the Sales experience, Javier "JJ" Alvarez to Rigo in Finance to Andrew Hernandez in Service to Steven in Parts the staff was fantastic and made the purchase and after purchase experience the best I have ever had and has spoiled us to the car buying experience.

Excellent Customer Service & Professional

You take good care of me and made sure that while i was waiting i had coffee, snack, TV and comfortable place to sit. You place was clean and professional and not like most car places that is too haughty. Staff made sure I was being helped. Staff assured me that even if they don't have the answer they will find out and will help me.

Great service, friendly staff, excellent quality

I didn't have an appointment and showed at at 7:30am I was immediately greeted by a Service Writer and provided a quote. Later in the day I received a call from the Service Writer updating me with a status of service/repairs. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and it was also cleaned. Actual cost was less than quoted. I will recommend Honda for anyone who appreciates great service and great quality.

First time with area Fresno dealership.

I was given an appointment time that was matched exactly. I was in and out within a half an hour. Because of that I'm rating a little higher than my actual service experience deserved. I do appreciate the help of the people who booked my appointment, including the service manager. Had to show my email before the service rep would honor it though.

Great service, clean facility and attentive staff

The salesman's attentive manner and willingness to work with my budget. He continued to offer me options within in price range. All staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Called service and got the car in the same day!

first time customer. Got in for tires the same day I called, I was impressed. Andy was service advisor, very understanding and quick to get the car done.

Great Service, Very Friendly

The service provided by Jaime, James and Juan. We didn't feel pressured into anything. They followed up with us continuously and were polite. They made me feel comfortable, like I was at home.

Lease Process

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful people (Greg Samuelian, Garo, Bennie). Lease process went very smoothly. The model & colors I wanted were on the lot. Overall great experience.
