Love my Mini Cooper so I ordered a new one today!

Love my Mini Cooper so I ordered a new one today! Wanted to note outstanding people working there: RACHEL L. is the best dealer there is—answers questions without being pushy, and really KNOWS mini coopers! This is the second Mini I have purchased from this dealership, and the main reason is because of RACHEL! Shout out to ALDO H., too! The service people there are always so helpful—concerned, careful listeners. I needed to change out old license plates for new ones because the paint was chipping off. The plate was on there SO TIGHT and corroded so I couldn’t get it done myself. Service said bring it in whenever, no labor charge, just had to buy new mounting frame. I don’t know how ALDO did it, but he did with patience and was a real pro. My big frustration worked out just fine with ALDO’s help. Thanks so much!!!

I bought my first mini at Bill Jacobs over 10 years ago

I bought my first mini at Bill Jacobs over 10 years ago now and they have been nothing but kind and helpful throughout those 10 years. Mitch is my service guy at Mini! He is patient and genuine. He takes the time to explain everything that my car may needs with no pressure and complete understanding when I need time to figure things out.

Excellent, thoughtful, worthwhile.

Excellent, thoughtful, worthwhile. I've never gone here before and they did all they could to help me out. I love my Mini Cooper and these guys are on their A-game to help fix it. I brought it to 3 mechanics before and none could figure out what the problem was or simply threw their hands up because they didn't know Mini Coopers. Bill Jacobs MINI is stupendous at their job. I love the people that work here and will be back with any and all Mini inquiries, fixes, and upgrades.
