I always have a pleasant visit to Jim Taylor. The service department is EXCELLENT!!! They greet me by name and always come to give me status reports when they are working on my car. The sales team(my salesman) always comes to see if I am being taken care of.

great service from dealer... but truck needs fixed

Got my oil changed. And they put the scanner on my truck. But it still idles rough. Still has the annoying ticking noise. And is now blowing smoke out the tail pipe I guess its burning oil? Idk. I gotta take it back when I get another opportunity. But overall wonderful experience. Awesome customer service extremely nice/friendly and helpful employees. Just not very happy with the truck itself. A brand new vehicle should never have these problems with low miles and regular maintenance.. in my opinion... the reason I decided to buy a new vehicle and choose Chevrolet is because I wanted something dependable for myself and my family. we travel alot for work and I can't stand the thought of being broke down on the side of the road. And it does not make me comfortable when I hear my "new Silverado 5.3 make this ticking every time I start it up. And feel this vibration when it drops below 500rpm then jumps back to 700rpm and then back down to 300 while sitting at a red light.... and now its smoking! Feels and sounds like a diesel truck when I start it on a cold morning Not good ! Not happy I could get those same problems from a truck out of the junk yard and would only pay a fraction of the $30,000+ that this one costs. GM could do better on this one. And I really hope GM will address the issue before it leaves me stranded a thousand miles from home....

Great Service

Wait time was minimal. Service personal were friendly and courteous. Was waited on by a an employee that was off that day but all others were busy so he took my info and got my car in the shop.

Wonderful people and great vehicles!

This is the first time I have ordered a car, usually I buy from the lot. If I had known how much fun it would be to order, I would have ordered one every time! Nathan White at Jim Taylor Chevrolet answered every question I had and made by purchase a very happy event!

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Had been shopping for a new vehicle to replace my car ,that was totaled in wreck, since Dec 2012. Had visited several local dealers and could not find what I wanted in my price range.
