I had a great experience at Heritage Toyota thanks to; Trevor Kipp, Frankie Candido, and Christine Donahue. Trevor was engaged, responsive and helpful from start to finish. Frankie stepped up in some key moments to address my concerns and keep the process moving forward. Christine not only made the transaction effortless and easy to digest, she spotted a small discrepancy in the numbers and saved me $200. We laughed, we cried, and in the end realized that the real treasure wasn't the bitchin' Tacoma I drove away with, it was the memories we created along the way.

Great experience. Everyone was awesome. Non pushy, super straightforward, fair price. EZ PZ process! If you want to just buy a car no haggle and get it done they will help you super fast. I showed up at 3:15 and I think I was out the door by 6! I had already done my finance form so that made it quicker.
